About this property

The apartment is located in the area of Neos Kosmos, within the municipality of Athens. The apartment is 150 meters away from the Neos Kosmos metro station (2 stops away from Acropolis' metro station and 3 from Syntagma square-city center)! The apartment is recently fully renovated (in 2021) and is on the 2nd floor of and old apartment building. The buliding has an elevator, and from the main entrance there a few stairs to reach it (not on the same level).
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, in two separate rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate single ones. Free Wifi of 100 Mbps is available! There are 3 A/C units of 12.000 BTU for cooling and for heating. The kitchen is fully equipped (eg. espresso machine is included, etc.). Two smart TVs, one at each room, with local TV channels and Netflix ! The bathroom has a shower and not a bathtub, and there is also a washing machine. There is a solar water heater, which means hot water is always available. All windows are with double glass, and sills.

I am an inhabitant of Athens since 1986. My home town is in Peloponissos. I am 54 years old, and I am working at the pharmaceutical industry. My university degree is in Biology and I have 3 sons. I decide to fully renovate the apartment in 2020 (yes ... wrong year). but as we say "for every obstacle, a good thing will appear". So I am always optimistic and try to see .... the bright side of life ! It will be my pleasure to welcome you in Athens !

Why they chose this property

This apartment was my mom's dowry !! I've live there as a student at the university. Many years ago the metro was build in Athens and the metro station of Neos Kosmos was actually builded a few meters away from this apartment. This was the main reason for me to think short term rentals.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is next to "Neos Kosmos" metro station & tram (150 meters away!). From there, you have easy access anywhere in Athens & in the seaside ! Two metro station stops away, from Acropolis museum and Acropolis itself ! Three stops from the Greek Parliament/ Syntagma square, where the city center is. Also with tram you can reach the seaside for walking and for swimming as well !! Lastly the apartment is equipped with a solar water heater, which means there is always available hot water !
