Beautiful house, home from home, although it could have done with more coat hangers and storage spac

Beautiful house, home from home, although it could have done with more coat hangers and storage space for our clothes for a weeks holiday, we still managed and found a home for everything. The kids loved the hot tub and the area is really nice and quiet. A really nice property, modern with everything you could need. Perfect location for Holt country park which was a 5 minute walk down the road, lots of walking routes to choose from and great for wearing both the kids and dog out. Within a 15-20 minute walk is Holt town centre which is beautiful with lots of independent businesses and pubs/restaurants/cafes. Dog friendly everywhere you go and the local people are also super friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely stylish cottage

we had a great weekend stay here the house is stunning and the hot tub was very secluded which was nice as we sat in it for 6 hours chatting! the only one downside of this was we felt the 9am checkout on the sunday a little unreasonable when you have booked a long relaxing weekend away .. 11am like have been more reasonable oh and the bath towels need to be bigger they were more like hand towels.. we would defo stay again

Nice property but rude owner

The property was very nice and just what we were after. However on arrival we noticed that the check out time was different to our booking confirmation. When we contacted the owner we were told we needed to leave when she said or she would come round and sort it out there and then. After talking to the agent we were able to check out at the time our booking stated. However the owner was extremely rude and I would therefore not recommend. Also if you want to have a fire, you will need to take your own kindling as they only provide wood.
