About this property

This villa is a beautiful spacious condominium located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort in the oceanfront Villamare complex. Our villa has been renovated, entirely painted with new living room and dining room furniture in 2022. The lovely beachy open floor plan of the living area provides plenty of space for enjoying family and friends. Living room includes a 55' flat screen TV and access to the balcony that has a table and 4 chairs for enjoying the gardens and pond. The kitchen remodeled in 2022 includes quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, private bath and balcony access. The master bedroom bathroom has a stunning double vanity sink with quartz countertop updated in 2021. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and 2023 remodeled bathroom. Also has a flat screen TV and access to a second balcony.
No need to pack linens as they are provided.

Our unit overlooks the beautiful lagoon and gardens where fish and wildlife can be observed. A walk through the garden leads to the warm, blue ocean and large outdoor pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, a separate area with BBQ grills and sun deck. There is also an indoor pool and health club that provides state of the art equipment that our guests have access to.

Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful private, gated community with 3 miles of pristine beach, 3 championship golf courses and 23 tennis courts. As our guests you will enjoy 10% off bike, beach items, canoe and kayak rentals at the OUTFITTERS store (offer code VRB10) which is a short walk from the villa. There is also a general store 5 minutes away and several dining options within Palmetto Dunes Resort.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Our boys (ages 3 and 7) love the indoor pool and this condo is very closely located to it. I like the fact that we can use the stairs and not rely on the elevator. We have stayed at other units in Villamare that were higher up and we had to use the elevator each time. Easy access to everything is a plus for our family. Would love to stay again in the future.

Savannah to Hilton head

Accommodations were perfect. The location was prime access to pool and beach as well as bike rental only two minutes away. I would recommend this spot to anyone staying at Hilton head.
