It boasts a brand new Adult Serenity Pool and hot tub, renovated family pool and hot tub along with a large pool deck with chairs, fire pit and new grills. This resort sits directly on the beach with easy beach access. We also offer an indoor pool, hot tub and a gym for your use. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely place to ride bikes, play tennis, kayak, fish, and much more.

This 2nd floor Villamare 2 bedroom lock off villa (Unit 3227) is located directly on the beach mid island in the community of Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes offers amenities such as golf, tennis, pickle ball, bike, kayak and canoe rentals, and fishing. There are leisure paths for walking and bicycling along the Queens Folly corridor and within the Mariners and Inverness areas.

The primary bedroom has a king TV with an en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony off of the room. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds with a private balcony to sit and breathe in the lowcountry air. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a brand new tub/shower combo and it is considered a lock off area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for cooking. The dining table seats 6 comfortably. We have 2 extra chairs for you in the guest bedroom. The living room has windows and sliding glass doors that allows lots of natural light. You can sit and relax in the comfortable furniture and make many memories. The living room features a 65 inch smart TV. You can watch cable TV or access any app you have an account for including Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and more!

This 2 bedroom villa is a very popular beachfront vacation villa on Hilton Head Island. Villamare amenities include a refinished oceanfront family pool, and hot tub, and a spacious, brand new oceanfront sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a large area containing grills and table/chairs for guests use. A boardwalk with outdoor shower offers easy access to the beach. Enjoy the private indoor pool, jacuzzi and health club. This complex is located in between the Marriott hotel and the Captains Walk complex. You will be down the elevator with your toes in the sand in a matter of minutes.

*Parking Note: 2 car max. Your car pass will be $30-60 depending on your length of stay. If you are staying longer than a month, your pass could be even more.

**Please Note-The Regime/HOA at Villamare has approved a comprehensive pool and deck renovation. This will feature a new adult-only serenity pool and spa and resurfacing of the current pool and pool deck.

The project is slated to begin September 15, 2023 and continue through April 30, 2024. The main pool will closed October 15, 2023 (limited pool deck work will occur at this time) and reopen March 31, 2024.

Beach access will be available throughout the construction and the indoor pool and hot tub will be accessible and usable for the duration. The HOA of Villamare is exclusively managing the project. The timeline of the project is subject to change with limited notice.
