Welcome and be greeted by fantastic ocean views at 1204 Villamare. This 2-bedroom villa has been recently renovated and is the perfect oasis for a beach vacation. Nestled in the private oceanfront complex of Palmetto Dunes with perfect access to the beach and pool, the property features a complex pool, indoors and out! You will also have access to the complex elevator, hot tub, gym, and Palmetto Dunes Buggy!

The kitchen, living room, and dining room have an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite counters. The dining table seats six, and the living room features a 50'' Smart TV, comfortable chairs, and a sectional.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a 40''' Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also shares a private balcony, perfect for taking in the ocean views. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a 50'' Smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

Reviewer Comments: Loved our first visit to Hilton Head! Villamare is a beautiful vacation destination. Unit 1204 was perfect! Beautiful view of pool and beach. Updated interior with a coastal, relaxing vibe. Easy access to pool, beach and other amenities including the health club. Perfect location to bike to General store and Tennis/Pickleball and all around. Easy drive to and from Savannah Airport as well. Looking forward to our return visit. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE love Villemare and the new pools and landscaping are beautiful.The condo was not very comfortable for a lengthy stay. The sofa and chairs were too big and there was no place to put a glassier coffee cup while sitting on part of the sofa. The lighting was dismal and the T V antiquated.
