Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Great house and location

Beautiful spacious home with a fantastic view of the water. We enjoyed all bedrooms having their own bathrooms. We also enjoyed the large kitchen. Well appointed. Ann and her father were great to work with. We would certainly stay there again.

This house was perfect for four senior women on a girls trip. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Jim was around to answer any questions. The location/neighborhood was awesome. Would absolutely go back there again.

Beautiful home and gorgeous views of the lake!We had a great time on the island and at the house! Neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk/bike around. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Wishes we could have stayed longer!

We try to get to Hilton Head a couple of times a year. This is the only house we've stayed in for quite some time. It is very peaceful and the view of the lagoon is relaxing. The house has all the amenities we could ever need.

We were three couples that travel together frequently. This house and location were absolutely perfect. Can’t say enough good things about the fabulous kitchen! Was large, well-stocked, and we spent a lot of time there. The views were sensational over the pond, house in general was perfect. This is a property that we would book again.

We were all very pleased with this beautiful home in Sea Pines. It was everything plus more. The spacious dining area was more than enough room for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space overlooking a scenic pond and sunset. Jim, the property manager, was very friendly and accommodating!

Wonderful View, Great House

We stayed with three other couples and we all enjoyed sitting outside on the deck watching the fish jump, listening to the birds sing, and taking in the view.

This is a beautiful home, awesome kitchen and dining area, comfortable living area and the bedrooms are very nice. Each bedroom has an its own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of bicycles to tour around Sea Pines. Located close to Harbor Town. Great host as well!

21st Hilton Head Vacation

Probably the nicest property we have stayed on over many years. Layout, view and accommodation was top notch. Jim Reilley was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure that all expectations were met. Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the future.

The house has been remodeled and is top-notch. The neighborhood is peaceful and provides a great place for walks. Sunsets from the deck are wonderful and the view over the lagoon/lake is beautiful.

Unwind from everyday stress

This home is so relaxing from the minute we walk in to the day we have to leave we feel relaxed. The colors and decor are peaceful. It is very open and airy. There is so much space to gather together for great family dinners, either inside or out. The deck is very private overlooking the lake. We met a few residents in the area and everyone is super friendly My family loves staying here.

Perfect stay

This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. Many thoughtful amenities were added to make it truly feel like a home away from home. Bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. Board games and cards. Extra throw blankets. The kitchen had everything needed plus lots of extras. Our favorite was sitting outside on the patio every morning and evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. So very peaceful!

Fantastic View

This house and the view it offers are beautiful! The second we walked through the door we were blown away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. The kitchen is decently stocked and the owner profides most of your basic needs for the week. The house very clean minus one issue with the over which was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely return if vacationing in Hilton Head again.

I'm a former northeasterner who migrated south after 9/11. Currently in Charlotte and love to get to the beach as often and I can since I still miss it. 4 kids, ages ranging from 23 to 18 years all have many memories in Hilton Head and still love visiting!

Why they chose this property

My parents live year round in Hilton Head. While living overseas we bought the house next door in 1999 because we wanted a vacation property located near family for home leave. When the house next door became available in 2017, it was a chance to have a bigger place with an even nicer water view from the back - I envisioned gutting it and creating a bright and airy space that the kids would want to come to as adults. 13 Spartina was sold in 2021 to a lovely family from WA. The tranquility of the scenery out back is so captivating and with each passing season I gain a greater appreciation for the natural setting and wildlife. I thought it would be great to share that with others when we cannot be there....

What makes this property unique

The home is an oasis of natural beauty and peacefulness in an otherwise busy community (Sea Pines). We like the fact that you can get away from the crowds and have your own slice of peace and quiet even when it is crowded in the summer. You can walk (20 min) to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and the marina. You can bike to the beach or hop on a trolley in busy season. We have shopping and restaurants located within one mile. Our home gives you a place to get away from it all and yet be close enough to everything you need.
