Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

Family visit

Beautiful home and gorgeous views of the lake!We had a great time on the island and at the house! Neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk/bike around. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Wishes we could have stayed longer!

Amazing!!!!

We were three couples that travel together frequently. This house and location were absolutely perfect. Can’t say enough good things about the fabulous kitchen! Was large, well-stocked, and we spent a lot of time there. The views were sensational over the pond, house in general was perfect. This is a property that we would book again.

21st Hilton Head Vacation

Probably the nicest property we have stayed on over many years. Layout, view and accommodation was top notch. Jim Reilley was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure that all expectations were met. Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home, awesome kitchen and dining area, comfortable living area and the bedrooms are very nice. Each bedroom has an its own bathroom and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of bicycles to tour around Sea Pines. Located close to Harbor Town. Great host as well!

The property is as advertised. Clean. Check-in was easy. Jim, owner’s father, met with us to give us the details on everything Hilton Head. Very comfortable and great kitchen space for a group. Calming views. Great bike paths for walking and biking. I would go back! We would all go back!

Comfortable and Peaceful

This beautiful home has everything needed for four couples to share, with plenty of space, and privacy as well. From the well appointed kitchen to the owner provided bicycles, we couldn't have asked for anything else to make our stay perfect. There was ample deck space for all of us to be outdoors and enjoy the wonderful water view. We will definitely return!

Great house in a great location

Home is beautiful. Tons of room for our family. Everyone had their own full bath. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Jim was very pro active in communicating with us on getting into the home when worked for us. Checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. We had a great experience and would definitely rent here again when we return!

Perfect stay

This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. Many thoughtful amenities were added to make it truly feel like a home away from home. Bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. Board games and cards. Extra throw blankets. The kitchen had everything needed plus lots of extras. Our favorite was sitting outside on the patio every morning and evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. So very peaceful!

The perfect house in the perfect location!

What a perfect house for our family of 6 adults! The cleanliness, views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, gourmet kitchen with a ton of seating, a huge refrigerator, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and wine refrigerator, large laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 4-1/2 bathrooms, and spacious living room with plenty of seating made our stay amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line pots, pans, cookie sheets and everything you could possibly need. There are 6 bikes as well as beach towels and umbrellas for your trip to the beach as well as a free beach trolley! The house is 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, multiple golf courses, ice cream, pee wee golf, and the beach. The walking/biking trails are very close. Jim was the perfect host! He was quick to respond if we had a question and gave us info on how to get around easily. Every one of us said many times that this house was perfect! If we make it back to Hilton Head again, we will absolutely be staying here. Whatever you do, don't hesitate to book this house! Thank you so much Ann for sharing your beautiful home with us! It truly made our family vacation special!

Extremely friendly check in. House was very clean. Great water views with lots of wildlife. STEVE the alligator would swim by every day at 6 pm for his daily photo shoot. Short bike rides to every where you’d want to visit in the Pines. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation home.

Second time we rented this home. Very pleased with the accommodations. Family room view and sunsets are spectacular. Kitchen arrangements and facilities exceed expectations. Especially appreciated the new tea kettle supplied on request and used every day. Highly recommend this rental.

Heaven on Hilton Head

The house and location were terrific. Between South Beach and Harbor Town. The view from the living room was outstanding, exactly as advertised. Can't wait to go back again.

Why they chose this property

My parents live year round in Hilton Head so we love visiting them. The tranquility of the scenery out back is so captivating and with each passing season I gain a greater appreciation for the natural setting and wildlife. I thought it would be great to share that with others when we cannot be there....

What makes this property unique

The home is an oasis of natural beauty and peacefulness in an otherwise busy community (Sea Pines). We like the fact that you can get away from the crowds and have your own slice of peace and quiet even when it is crowded in the summer. You can walk (20 min) to the Harbor Town Lighthouse and the marina. You can bike to the beach or hop on a trolley in busy season. We have shopping and restaurants located within one mile. Our home gives you a place to get away from it all and yet be close enough to everything you need.
