Welcome to our Beachfront Paradise, our four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex!

We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community.

Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There are also 2 deck boxes filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach.

Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please gather all garbage and place in the trash bins beside the carport the night prior to leaving. Garbage will be picked up on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. This will help our cleaning crew.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Amazing variety of spices available. Loved the Keurig coffee system as you could make 1 Kcup or a pot. Lots of pots, pans, bowls. Great selection of flatware, serving pieces, dishes, glasses, etc. Several beach chairs were available for use as well as a wagon and tent. Sand toys for kids were in good supply. Covered parking was nice especially as we had some rain.Definitely looking to return to this property.

This is the third straight year we have stayed at this location. We really love the unit and the complex. The pool upgrade they made last year is fantastic.

Great family vacation!

We loved the accommodations and location. The keypad entry was a little finicky but we had picked up keys from management office nearby in case it didn't work. The nest thermostat would make it really cold in the common area but would turn off at night so the bedrooms would get warm at night. Recommend a normal programmable thermostat and or ceiling fans in bedrooms. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Place for a Large group or family gathering

There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

Annual Family Vacation

Everything was exactly as pictured. Nice place and great to work with Property Management. We had to deal with Debbie (tropical storm/Hurricane) but still got to enjoy HH Island for most of our stay. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Overall a great place. We’d love to go back next year. John

This is a great beach home. The location is perfect. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The management company and the owner are very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back next year!

Such an awesome place. Right on the beach with some awesome views. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Beds and rooms are so confy. This was definitely a premium space. The best part is property management company is literally a block away.

Amazing rental

This is an amazing rental! It is the best stocked rental we've stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of linens. The view of the ocean was beautiful and such a close, easy walk! Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. I was very impressed with how quickly any questions were answered prior to our arrival and appreciated a text checking to make sure everything was as we needed once we arrived. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

A beautiful, well-appointed space

This was one of the most well appointed vacation homes I have ever stayed in. So many times you will stay in a place and it looks like they stocked it and furnished it with leftovers. That is not the case here. The beds were comfortable, each of us had our own bathroom, with walk-in showers. The chairs and sofa were some of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I have ever relaxed in a rental. I actually took a picture of the chair with my glasses to see if I could find one for my own self at home. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, and glasses, silverware, scissors!, Measuring cups, and spoons… They left us enough dishwashing liquid, a new sponge, paper towels, basically everything you need for a weekend. I would highly recommend the space. But I will say, if you Struggle with stairs, you will have to use them in the space. I will recommend this place to others who want to visit Hilton head Island.

Awesome deck!

Our family of 6 adults stayed at this property in mid July. We vacation in HH 2-3 times per year for the last 10 years. The Good: -The location is great! Close to everything. Due to COVID, the beaches this week were really crowded. Usually not bad though. -The Deck! Awesome! We were able to sit on the breezeway deck in the mornings and afternoons. The sun wasn’t bad and there was a nice breeze through the buildings. -great ocean View -No carpet-tile and wood flooring -Showers Sort of updated - Beds comfortable. Needs improvement : -Cleanliness- units floors, cabinetry and fabric chairs were dirty. We had to cover the sofa and chairs with sheets. The floors were dirty. There was dirty ice in the ice maker. There was an open, half eaten candy bar in the refrigerator when we arrived. -The unit is in need of updating. Especially the furniture. Fabric sofa and chairs were gross. Dining table and coffee table were sticky, no matter how many times we cleaned it. - We brought fans. The unit’s HVAC struggled with the July heat especially on the upper floor. -only 1 coffee maker worked -dishwasher worked only sometimes

Great condo...  Well maintained and in one of the best locations possible.  Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Coligny Beach but far enough away where you avoid the largest beach crowds. Great pool, and beach access couldn't be any shorter. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed including beach furniture and toys for the kids.  The two patios are also awesome.   The ground level patio was really convenient for hanging out and cooking on the grill.   The second level deck/patio had great ocean views. It is large and situated so that you can choose between sitting in the sun or the shade.Highly recommended.

It was a very nicely furnished and appointed condo that was very clean upon our arrival. It is a great location with easy access to the beach as well as an easy walk to Coligny Plaza. There is no reason we wouldn’t recommend it or seek it out again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Why they chose this property

Nothing beats waking up early in the morning and enjoying a coffee on the deck while watching the waves and listening to the birds. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a large sitting area in the kitchen, this is the perfect place for families. Being directly on the beach is just the cherry on top.
