Welcome to our Beachfront Paradise, our four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. This is the only 4 bedroom/ 4 bath condo in the complex!

We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Our complex, Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community.

Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck overlooking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There are also 2 deck boxes filled with new beach chairs annually, and beach toys for the kids.

In May 2024, we opened up a brand new larger pool and pool deck. We are so excited for this new addition to Hilton Head Beach Villas. Also, there is a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach.

Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please gather all garbage and place in the trash bins beside the carport the night prior to leaving. Garbage will be picked up on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. This will help our cleaning crew.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Amazing variety of spices available. Loved the Keurig coffee system as you could make 1 Kcup or a pot. Lots of pots, pans, bowls. Great selection of flatware, serving pieces, dishes, glasses, etc. Several beach chairs were available for use as well as a wagon and tent. Sand toys for kids were in good supply. Covered parking was nice especially as we had some rain.Definitely looking to return to this property.

Nothing beats waking up early in the morning and enjoying a coffee on the deck while watching the waves and listening to the birds. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a large sitting area in the kitchen, this is the perfect place for families. Being directly on the beach is just the cherry on top.
