The villa was clean and very quiet even though most of the villas were occupied for the week. Pool was always well taken care of and very nice for all age children. Grounds were well maintained and the fact that it was right on the water made it even more enjoyable. We were able to walk to Coligny for shopping, food and restaurants within 10 minutes. Being gated it also gave you a very safe feel. Definitely a place we will visit again.

Great place to stay at Hilton Head! The apartment was clean with plenty of space. We had four adults and 2 kids. This condo unit is great because the whole complex only has 30 units so the pool was never crowded and being able to walk out to the pool or beach was just the best. Very conveniently located to restaurants also. Would definitely recommend this property!

The property seems to be well taken care of. The management company - Coastal, is on top of things. You ask and they provide! But, the unit itself was pretty cleaned, not the best but good. The queen size bed upstairs needs replaced with a decent bed. It actually was really bad. The king was ok, but it had a thick sponge on top for a topper so I imagine that one needs replaced also. They had a well stock kitchen, with nice silverware, dishes, cups and pots and pans. Not like some places that have the worst walmart has. The one thing you cant beat with this place is the location! It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, with a nice boardwalk. The pool is also a really nice pool, but they dont heat it till Nov. or so and we were there the first week of October and the pool was cold. All in all, its a nice property but it could use some replacing of beds and older furniture.
