New Pools - OPEN!!!.. Brand new Serenity Pool and large adult-only hot tub AND the family pool is being completely renovated! That includes a large hot tub and sunning shelf and aquatic play features for kids!

This beautiful, comfortable top-floor villa has a STUNNING view of the ocean from every window and balcony. View your kids at the pool or see dolphins swimming by in the ocean. Access to the pool or beach is super easy - NO STEPS! Take the elevator down and enjoy the ramp to the beach....it makes taking wagons/bikes/wheelchairs super easy.

The balcony off the living area and master is the perfect morning spot for your coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Luxurious new shower in main bedroom with Rain head, hand shower and adjustable shower head.

There is another balcony located off of the 2nd bedroom. Both decks have views of the ocean.

The living area has a huge, comfy sectional sofa w/2 additional chairs - a perfect entertaining location. If you're tired from swimming, walking, biking, golfing, kayaking, playing tennis or pickleball...and you want to just rest, enjoy the 65" smart 4K HDTV.

The kitchen includes a large pantry over the washer and dryer. We have a crock pot, Keurig, (a regular coffee maker, is also available) and every pot/pan/utensil we could think of to make cooking there, an easy endeavor.

There is a king bed in the master with a 3 inch foam topper making for a wonderful night's sleep. Included is a large soaker tub, water closet with a separate shower. Two queen beds are in the second bedroom also with a separate tub and shower.

There are beach-front heated pools in shoulder season and another pool located indoors with the work out facilities . These amenities are available for all guests (please see GuestBook in the unit for more details).

As much as we LOVE pets, unfortunately guests are not allowed to bring them. There is a $450/week fine so please leave your pets at home.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The condo we rented was perfect. It was decorated so great…the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. But there was nothing better than the view. We had dinner each night out on the patio overlooking the ocean. Everything about the condo was awesome and you can’t beat the location.

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, primarily due to its ideal location. The view from the condo is great and access to the beach is so easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The mattress was great and the bathtub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
