Our stay at Nichole and Kevin’s place was excellent. They answered all of our questions that we had within minutes. Their place is always well taken care of. Can’t beat it for being close to beach and Dunes house. Beach chairs and towels were an added bonus.

We decided to take a last minute trip and we were so surprised this home was available on a holiday weekend. We love The Moorings location and this one was very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice and right in your back yard. There were beach accessories right in the unit for our use which came in very handy. Exceeded my expectations!

My husband and I have stayed in this Villa multiple times.We enjoy that the location is private, peaceful and yet a very short pleasant walkable distance to the beach.The villa is always clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great shower in the master bath. The owner Nicole, is a timely communicator before and during your stay. Check in is a breeze.Palmetto Dunes where the Villa is located, has beautiful grounds and is centrally located on Hilton Head Island, close to restaurants, shopping areas and activities.

Location, location, location… we stayed at a different condo section in Palmetto Dunes last year. This property by far exceeded my expectations. There was plenty of parking. We were within a few minutes walk to the Dunes House beach access. We were also able to walk to the General Store. The villa itself was well equipped. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. In addition, the owner, Nichole was extremely responsive to questions, etc. We liked it so much we probably will be back next year!
