Guests initially enter Rest A Shored by taking the community stairwell to the second floor to the front door of the home. (Please note: this building does not have an elevator and there are 16 steps to climb from the ground level to the second floor.) When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms on one level. The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan. The master suite is accessible from one side of the living room and the guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and laundry closet are located near the front door. You may access the outdoor balcony from the living room and the dining area.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.



For streaming TVs and sticks, personal subscriptions are required to stream on the apps.
