We loved our stay here! The villa was clean and spacious and exactly as the pictures showed. Denise stayed in touch throughout the week and she was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay again!

the Host Denise was wonderful to work with.the condo was clean and perfect with a nice view of ocean which was steps away.the pool was very nice as wellhighly recommend this property for 1 or 2 people

Property was dated but clean. Shower in master bath was slow to drain. Also the water had an oder (sulphur)? Mattress needs to be replaced - higher in the middle

The issues you experienced with the drain and temporary odor were actually tied to building-wide professional plumbing maintenance that took place last week. Everything has since been cleared out and is back to normal! Regarding the bed, our furniture and mattresses were fully updated just three years ago. While comfort is subjective, we want everyone to get a great night's sleep, so our team will inspect the mattress to ensure it is in perfect condition. Thank you again for helping us maintain a great guest experience!"

Windsor was a perfect location . Short walk to the beach or the pool . Beautiful grounds and condo. It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we will definitely come back and stay at Windsor . 10/10

The property was very clean and perfect for a couple’s weekend. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was convenient to the beach. There were many excellent restaurants near the resort. We would definitely return. Denise the owner was in contact with us prior to our arrival and during our stay to help if needed.
