Thank you for your interest in my Villa . I am a Premier VRBO Host and as of July 24. 2022 this Villa has received 53 consecutive 5 of 5 STAR Guest Reviews going back to 2016. Why chance staying someplace else? The Moorings property is by far the best rental buy on Hilton Head. You will not find a less expensive rental property in a major resort development like Palmetto Dunes that is this close to the ocean. Keyless entry so not check in required. Our two bedroom, three bath townhouse is 95 yards to the beach, and overlooks the on site pool. The short distance to the beach enables you to come and go to the beach for soft drinks, snacks, meals, etc. The rental property is part of a small complex of townhouses that are located behind a guarded security gate. We've renovated the kitchen with tiled floor, Granite counter tops and tiled backdrop, Wood flooring living room and bedrooms, crown molding, 3 re-furbished bathrooms with marble tops and regularly freshly painted Villa. The Villa is maintained very clean, fully furnished including three TVs, cable, DVD and VCR. Two central air conditioner systems which are professionally inspected annually twice a year (spring and fall) for preventative maintenance . The property is maintained by our private staff and extremely detailed minded cleaning crew whose owner inspects the Villa after there completion of cleaning . A recent guest emailed upon arrival to say 'Perfect' and ''can I buy it'? You'll love it too!

Tennis/Pickleball - : You receive Two hours free daily and Discounts on lessons and other Tennis activities with this rental. You can walk to the courts in three minutes. They are rated the #3 Tennis Resort in the world. . They have daily lessons on shots of the day with both private and group lessons available for all ages. 19 clay courts 4 lighted for night play and 32 Pickleball courts, all which are lighted for evening/night players.They have had a Professional Pickeleball Tournament held on the World Class Courts held in the fall of 2021.

Services and value : You will find me to provide timely and honest responses to your questions. We are 90 seconds to the Ocean and the Villa is always in wonderful shape. You will not find a location so convenient to the Ocean, Tennis, Golf and a swimming pool with Restaurants and jogging/biking trail near by. Free Dunes Buggy shuttle to area locations. Most everyone who rents the Villa will always try to return because its that good a value. Why stay further away from the Ocean and drive to the Dunes Beach House parking area when you'll be staying closer than you will park?

And added in the living room is a 51 inch Samsung full HD 1080p TV with wide color enhancer 2 Wall hung. Also new with this TV is a SAMSUNG HD Video, BLU-RAY Disc/DVD Player with full HD 1080P and 24P True Cinema. Also the Master Bedroom has a large 42 inch TV with a BLU-RAY/DVD player Also, Cable TV throughout the Villa, (three TV's) and Spectrum HD on the living room TV. Second bedroom has a large screen TV with Spectrum cable box as well.

Running/Biking/Walking Trails and water fun.: Within seconds of this Villa, is a Running/Biking/Walking trail that winds thru the Resort and connects to a long trail which takes you out adjacent to Highway 278. Island guests can enjoy over 45 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bicycle rental discounts are available through my Villa rental. The white sandy beaches have hard packed sand that makes navigating a bike a breeze. Other interests may be kayaking, canoeing, sail boat para sailing, or deep sea or party boat fishing. For a relaxing approach, you may find that dolphin cruises, kids cruises, sunset dinner cruises, sailing cruises or even Savannah gambling cruises may be more in your vacation goals.
