Great location and amenities on property! Kitchen had a lot of useful cooking essentials and the space worked great for 3 adults! We did feel that the place could use a thorough deep clean, however.

Access to the beach is the highlight of this property. So convenient to walk out to the beach whenever you want to. Very nice pool area as well. Great for kids with the walk in feature. Beach/pool toys and towels are not provided by owner however there are some items that have been left by previous renters. Also, if you drink coffee, bring some coffee filters as those are not provide either! Would stay again.

Living space was tight. No table for board games, dining. Kitchen was poorly equipped - if you wanted to cook/dine-in/BBQ, there were insufficient materials, plus zero grilling tools. Parking was a challenge, as HGVC guests frequently occupied the Carolina Beach Club spaces. Strongly suggest providing 4-5 beach chairs, as there were only two. The beds were equipped with a sheet and a blanket - there were no other blankets available. Location was solid, close to the beach, shops.

Paradise in Hilton Head

This was my family’s first time to Hilton Head! Everything about our stay was top notch! The close proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and all other amenities can’t be beat. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We did go out and purchase some. Regardless we will be back!! Thank you!!

Wonderful stay

Great condo in the best part of HHI! Right on the beach and the amenities are great! My 4 year old twins loved the zero entry pool and we loved the beach bar :) super clean condo with super comfie beds, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Will definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful Visit

Ideal location to shops, beach, pools, food…we rarely needed our car. The oceanview description is a tiny spot leaning off the balcony you can see water through trees, just something to know in advance. It was a perfect space, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great location

My wife and I went with another couple, the room was good size for us and the beds were comfortable, we didn’t spend much time in the room, only when we slept. The location is great, everything is in walking distance, the pool, beach, along with so many good restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful resort and great location

The property was great! Very clean and close to everything. The resort staff was very friendly and the resort itself is very cozy. We reached out to the host regarding a minor issue regarding the wristbands and the issue was addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Little Gem

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Place was extremely clean and cozy and had everything we needed plus a few extras (beach chairs,toys,Netflix). The access to the Hilton amenities were also very nice. Our 8 and 5 year old never wanted to leave the pool. We will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Great Location, Room for Improvement

This unit's main selling point is its location with access to the Hilton Ocean Oak's pool which is one of the newer/nicer pool complexes on HHI. The beach is just a few steps away and it's within a <1 mile walk from the Coligny area. A couple bike rental operations right across the street was convenient as was check-in and parking. If you can't snag a unit at Ocean Oak, a rental in this complex is a great option for families looking for a central place to stay on the island.

resort and private- perfection of both worlds

Thank you for the wonderful accomodations, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort,beach, and property are completely intergrated and easy to access. Resort service is minimal due to the low staffing everyone is dealing with, but do a nice job, and keep things clean and orderly. Pools are fun, Hot tubs had some low temp troubles, but were addressed when communicated to the staff very quickly. The little villages all around are adorable and the opportunities for shopping walks and new cuisine were endless. Even got to catch a Jazz dinner show on easter day! Thank you for having us!

We had a great time at this property, amenities were the best. The pool was heated to a great temperature where the kids practically lived in it. The unit was a little small for five people, but everyone found there favorite place to hang out Five people cannot be in the living area. As far as that ocean view I would say it’s practically non existent, just a peek. All in all it was a great stay, quite unit, well stocked and the teenagers loved riding the bikes around Coligny

The pictures make the condo look much bigger than it actually is. It is very small. But very beautiful and kept nice. The shower is gorgeous but leaks out water under the door. Water falling over the floor used all our towels on it. Need quarters for washer and dryer, which is totally fine just wish we knew ahead of time. Wonderful location, couldn’t ask for a better location. No salt and pepper for food, and no pantry space if you get groceries. Just tiny things like that. But if you don’t have kids and don’t need groceries it’s a ten out of ten.

4th of July Week

Overall, it was a good experience. Booking and check-in were easy. The location next to the beach and Coligny Plaza is nice. It is about 300 steps from the unit to the actual water. There really is not a view of the ocean unless you look really hard between a couple of trees from the balcony (first floor). The two pools were great too. Our family also utilized the workout room. Spots to sit get taken fast at the pool, but this was during the busiest time of the year. In terms of our actual unit, it was a very small living area. No cable TV that we saw (just Netflix and Amazon Prime). Also, there were crumbs in the couch we pulled it out to use as an additional bed. The owner did contact the cleaning company and they were out the next day to take care of the situation. I am not sure if they will give us a discount or something due to the inconvenience. Apparently, nine people called in sick that Saturday from the cleaning crews - not sure if that was our complex or not. The unit was lacking some basic things like a cooking sheet and hot pads.

Rude Property Owner

We were very nervous but excited to travel to HH! It was our first trip since Covid began and we were traveling with our 10 month old, another couple and their 1.5 year old. We flew directly into HH and because there are so few flights a day we knew we would be there early and were looking for a condo that would allow an early check in. I messaged the owner prior to booking and he said yes it was a possibility as long as someone wasn’t checking out that day. We then booked and 2 weeks before I confirmed that we could check in early seeing that no one had booked the 2 days before our arrival day. Tony was incredibly rude and told me he would only let us check in at noon IF we bought the night before($220 extra). After talking to him on the phone and waiting until 24 hours before we left he finally said yes we could check in. When we arrived the place was nice but definitely felt much smaller than pictured. The guest room barely fit a pack n’ play but the master and bathrooms were nice. There definitely is not a view of the ocean/beach (unless you hang your head over the balcony). I had to clean the floors as soon as we arrived because our baby was crawling on the floor and there were crumbs everywhere. It would be nice if there was a vacuum or swiffer to use but there was only a broom. The hotel pools, bar and the beach were amazing and really made the trip! The walk into town is easy and the bike path was great! There was no check out information and no details on what “starter” supplies were already there. We placed an instacart order to arrive at the same time as us so we ended up buying dishwasher pods, paper towels and a few other things that were already there(even though I asked what was already there before I placed the order). Tony usually responded to messages quickly but he added a lot of unnecessary stress to the trip and was not accommodating. When we arrived and saw the dirty floors, I didn’t bother reaching out because he was so rude to talk to I didn’t think it was worth it.

We had a great time staying here. Communication with the owner for checkin was great. When we had questions the property managers were very responsive and helpful. The home was clean and is very close to everything. Not related to property or owner: The Ocean Grill (part of HHGC property) is having a problem with their cc machine. The owner did warn us about it. Upon talking to a bartender, we learned it has been out for atleast the month he has been working there. They don’t accept cash and don’t seem to be in any rush to fix the cc machine since they can bill their guests to their rooms for a fee. Unfortunately they can’t do that for condo guests. You are able to take coolers to the beach and pool (no glass poolside) and we left a cooler with a handy carrying handle on top of the fridge for future guest use. We would stay here again.

Fun time in HHI

Overall property was great. Walking or biking distance to everything. Pool was great for our 3 year old. Having the restaurant is convenient, bring cash their credit card machine did go down for us. Beach access is right there and an easy quick walk, there are a couple of beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit which were great to have. Laundry is right down the hall, but you need quarters- wish I knew this before we arrived. Property could have been a little better stocked but overall clean and was plenty big for our family of 3.

NOT Pool Sde Dinning

One of the main reasons we booked this location was the dining/bar area next to the pool. During the duration of our trip we were not allowed to make purchases there. They would not take card or cash. Whenever and whoever we spoke to about this issue on property or otherwise we were dismissed. If you plan on staying at this location, plan on being able to see a place that offers food and beverages but not being able to use the area, which will make for very disappointed children.

Overall our stay here was amazing! The proximity to the beach is hard to beat and the fact we didn’t have to cross the main road was such a huge plus! Having the pool right there to enjoy was great as well. We will definitely book again.
