This 2nd floor villa has a breathtaking unobstructed ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate newly renovated baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says: "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head and our Shorewood Villa was perfect! The view of the sunrise and sunset each day was incredible. Loved this villa because of the closeness to the ocean, easy walk to the beach, beautiful view and the pool area. the villa was just the right size with a great deck. We hope to return and will certainly rent this villa again. Thanks!

Amazing ocean view!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect. The property was well kept and we had everything we needed to cook our meals and most importantly to sleep well. Everything about this property is perfect - the views, the location, and the condo itself. The condo has everything you could possibly need including two extra fans in the bedroom, and two coffee pots (a Keurig and a normal one). My sister and I had a wonderful stay during our first visit to HHI. We were celebrating our wedding anniversaries with husbands and extended family. Nicole was a fabulous host with very quick responses when we needed something. It was spacious and location was excellent. The pool was right next to the path to get to the beach. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and usually leave feeling like we got exactly what we expected. This property has a WONDERFUL view of the ocean! The condo itself is just ok. There is a musty smell that overwhelmed us as soon as we opened the door. The balcony has furniture that is very wobbly and needs attention. It just felt a little dated and in need of an update. Underwhelmed.

I have had a passion for Hilton Head since my wife and I visited on our honeymoon, over 40 years ago. A few years ago I realized my dream when I bought my first condo - a small one bedroom in an older complex not on the beach. I eventually sold that and bought another, and so on until today when I am fortunate to have a couple of beachfront units which I often visit throughout the year.
