Impeccable renovation in this gated oceanfront oasis, Beachwood Place(tranquil small community environment with only 24 units). Located in the heart of the Coligny Beach/Plaza area.
This villa has been stunningly redone from ceiling to floor. This beautiful seaside escape is walking distance to The Tiki Hut, restaurants, boutiques, bars, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, and numerous outdoor attractions. Large pool with abundance of lounge chairs and barbeque area with tables and chairs. Private access to beach and shower station. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to one of most beautiful white sand beaches on Hilton Head Island (Coligny).
2 bedroom, 2 bath, naturally lit open floor plan sleeps 6 comfortably. 1st floor location means no waiting for elevator. Kitchen has quartz countertops, new high end stainless appliances, counter height table and chairs, coffee center with Keurig and drip coffee maker. Villa is fully stocked with all new furnishings, one of the few units with in unit washer/dryer (additional laundry on each floor). Living area and both bedrooms have smart TV’s for streaming. Villa has high speed internet and cable. Charming patio with views of the ocean with access from living room and master suite. Master suite has king bed and bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has extra long twin over queen bunk and separate bath. Hop on the free Breeze Trolley outside the complex gate. Located on the bike path and a bike rack is on the property.

We loved staying here! Really comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed, a great location, and Larry was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't have great weather (snow!) but we did have one beautiful morning to walk on the beach. We would love to come back when the weather is a little warmer to take advantage of the beach gear provided and hang out on the beach.

The condo was lovely. Well stocked with everything needed. Larry is friendly and welcoming. The view early morning was very nice and peaceful, albeit its not a direct view to the wayer but lovely anyway. The location cannot be beat. We walked many times to Coligny for food, snacks, shopping. Love the Piggly Wiggly for an easy shopping atop. Discovered very good coffee at Als Hilton Head just up the road a bit and right near the tiki bar area. Will definitely stay in this condo again.
