We've been long time renters of vacation condos at both HHI and OBX, I can say this was the BEST condo we've ever rented. So well equiped with excellent furniture and a newly installed Euro styled kitchen. The linens and towels were of the best quality. The condo was well stocked even with coffee and snacks. The pool at this condo is really nice too nestled behind the building in the shade of palm trees. Cathy was in touch throughout the visit. We would rent here again for sure! The beach views were excellent and it's just a short walk to be on the beach and enjoying your day.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn't have been better. We especially appreciated that it was fully stocked with beach essentials, which made our trip so much easier. The host was also fantastic—very responsive and great with communication throughout our stay.The only minor downside was that I had expected the washer and dryer to be in the unit, but they were actually coin-operated and located in the building. It's possible I simply overlooked that detail in the listing, so it wasn't a major issue.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd visit to this same condo. It's always a great stay. It's very clean and beautiful, the host is great, the view is amazing, the location is great--a few blocks walk to shopping and restaurants, and easy access to the beach.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful, just as pictured. The place was spotless, modern, the kitchen, bathroom, and all areas were fully stocked- Cathy thought of everything guests would need. Cathy was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Beautiful condo with more thoughtful amenities and extras for guests than we’ve ever encountered! The condo was completely updated, very clean and has everything you could need for your stay. The view was as promised. Condo facility was safe, quiet, clean, and easy to navigate. Cathy was so thoughtful and friendly! Location was also excellent! The condo is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza with so many options for food and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and will rebook when we come back to Hilton Head!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Cathy was an amazing host, giving us great information prior to our arrival to help us get settled quickly and enjoy our vacation! The Villa had everything we needed. The ocean views were breathtaking. You can see the ocean from the sitting area inside which makes it even more relaxing, we loved having our coffee on the porch where we could enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean. We look very forward to visiting again!
