Very clean rental (actually clean. And somehow zero sand!). Appreciated the little extras like soft blankets, lots of towels and kitchen gadgets. Nice patio furniture, lots of beach chairs, cute beach decor. The view is wonderful. One thing to know is there IS an elevator but it is located a good distance away from the unit in a different part of the building. AC is impressively powerful!

Clean and convenient to the beach! We had to hide the plug in air fresheners because of sensitivities to smells. Also, locking the front door was a little tricky, but we seemed to get it around the 3rd try.

The overall layout of the facility was great. The pool and access to the beach were awesome. The room was spotless. The room remodel is beautiful. Bed was comfy and water was warm with good pressure. Basics were provided which was helpful.There is a very heavy odor of mold for which the host supplied air fresheners after we asked. The air fresheners made a big difference. We had to ask for wash cloths and they were quickly delivered. We arrived to the door being left open a couple inches but no harm other than a weird first impression.
