Just the best little villa on the island! Book Now and reserve your spot on the beach.

Literally steps to the beach, the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers the largest oceanfront pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, catch and release lagoon, playground, game room, outdoor grill areas and bike rentals. Enjoy onsite restaurants, on beach tiki bar and snack shack in the summer. The Breeze Trolley has a stop (#14) at the resort. Traveling to points south like Shelter Cove and Coligny Beach. Just park the car and enjoy!

Our villa has everything you need for a great getaway. Recently renovated with a cottage appeal, spacious layout and top floor Ocean View just one villa off oceanfront. We include beach umbrella, chairs and beach toys. Bring your beach towels!

Bright, comfortable and relaxing. Our villa has a private bedroom with queen bed, two shipmate bunks in the hall and a sofa bed. The one bathroom has access from the bedroom and hall. Privacy door between the hall and living area. Our villa is equipped to sleep, seat and serve up to six people.

Mid-island location with easy access to all the island has to offer. Private beach access directly from our building. Just book and relax!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, and the grounds of the resort were very nice and maintained. The location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and a close walk to the water.

This is our second time renting this unit in the last three years. It is absolutely beautiful unit. It’s clean well kept unit that has an outstanding view of the ocean and is located a short walk to the beach and both resort pools.

Great Place

Condo was clean and comfortable. View was great. East walk to the beach or pool- we enjoyed both. The staff of the complex were friendly . We experienced no problems and enjoyed ourselves.

Great place to stay!

Location was great! Close enough to everything we needed but also out of the busy areas. Perfect size for our small family with two young children. If looking to stay with older kids, could be a little small. The top bunk bed did not have the wooden railing like in the photos but there was a toddler bed rail to attach if needed. Michele was great and very easy to communicate with. The cookies when we arrived were a great touch!! Would highly recommend this property for families looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful condo

Like last year, we had a very nice time at Michele's place.It is clean, cute and cozy. We enjoyed the beach, pool and BBQ area and loved being able to walk to those amenities. The Tiki bar was open and we had fun there too. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and the amenities as well. It's a nice little getaway spot.

Relaxing beach getaway

Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The room had a very nice balcony with a great view of the ocean. The location is also great as it is a short drive to all of the restaurants and activities on the island. My wife and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Hi, we are the Beach Sisters, Michele and Kim. We purchased and renovated the villa in 2014. We continue to update and improve the villa each year so that guests will always have a great experience. Michele resides on Hilton Head Island and will be your on site contact. No worries about communications and response as she is always just a text message away. Kim resides in Pennsylvania and will be your reservation and pre-arrival contact. Communications by email, phone and text will make preparations for your visit an ocean breeze.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a location that would be suitable for family vacations, as well as a winter haven for snowbirds. As children, our parents always took us to the beach for a week, and the memories we made were priceless. We hope to help families make a beach vacation an affordable reality and provide snowbirds with a winter getaway.

What makes this property unique

Our location is just one unit off oceanfront and affords great views all year long. The southern exposure allows the sun to shine in all winter and shades us from the heat of the summer. With onsite resort amenities and mid-island location, access to all that Hilton Head has to offer is an easy walk, bike or drive from the villa.
