OCEANFRONT. Our end unit 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is in Building C, unit 227 with direct views of ocean and pool. 250 yards to the beach. Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa and 2 bunks for children. Unit is on marsh side affording a quieter unit and view of the ocean and marsh. 10% DISCOUNT WEEKLY RENTALS. 3 HD flat screen TVs. (Living room, bedroom, balcony) DVD, WIFI, hairdryer and all linens and towels provided (beach towels are not provided). Fully stocked kitchen. KUREG and coffee maker. Weekly rentals April 1 thru September 9. 5-night summer rentals (April, May, August) if calendar permits (Inquire with Owner). SNOWBIRDS-WINTER MONTHS NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY $1500/month. Ten tennis courts with pro shop, pickle ball courts, oceanfront pool with bar/grille and deck seating, bike rental on property, children's playground, pay per use washers/dryers and other wonderful amenities. Best View Best Access Best Host

It was a busy time for check-in, then all of a sudden our anxiety had vanished… We had found our home away from home. This is one of the finest properties on the island and the host is honestly great. We are so thankful for Susan providing everything needed to relax and connect

Relaxing

This was my first vacation without my husband. It would have been our 38th anniversary. In the past, we had stayed at the resort. This condo being on the end gave more privacy. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and just stare at the ocen. The owner was very kind and stayed in contact whenever I needed something. I hope too go back again.

Great location and condo!

Great place for our first visit to HHI for the 2 of us. Comfortable condo with everything we needed. Morning coffee on the balcony and watched the sun and wildlife visitors. Walk to beach and quick drive to good restaurants. Host quickly answered any questions. Would visit again.

More than accommodating

Loved the location of the room. Close to the best things at Beach and Tennis (pool/beach). Susan the host was more than accommodating for our family. She went above and beyond any expectations we could have as a host. The condo was clean and very well stocked. We would absolutely rent anything the host had to offer!

Quaint Condo on the Beach

My wife and I visited Hilton Head last week and stayed at Susan's property for the second time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Susan has been amazingly easy work with during each stay, and as far as I am concerned, the location is hard to beat. We will look at staying there again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Great vacation

This is a great condo to have a couples get away. It is the perfect location for the pool and the beach. The pool is wonderful and the beach is our favorite to walk and ride our bikes. It is so easy and priced reasonably to rent bikes for the week and ride all over. Susan was so quick to answer any questions and very easy to work with throughout the booking process. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Cozy Beach Get-Away

Our family loved the area! The condo was clean and just as described. Our kids loved the bunk beds and our teen was comfy on the couch (the pullout couch wasn't really for 2 people so she was glad it was all hers). Having the pool and beach so close made it super convienent with kids who needed breaks from the sun. The condo had a beautiful view of the water. We were even able to use the coin laundry and go home with all clean clothes! The condo was cozy and a little small, but just what this Michigan family of 5 needed for a week away.

Nice Property Well maintained

Our stay was fantastic. A small hiccup when we arrived, but Susan responded immediately and it was taken care of with no delay. Which was a huge relief to know if any other issues were to arise, which they didn't, it wouldnt be a problem getting them resolved. Kitchen had everything we needed and more!

What an awesome week

From start to finish this was the most relaxing vacation ever!! Coffee on the balcony with the sunrise was awesome. Susan was a very gracious hostess. Answered all questions very promptly. Property was beautiful and security was great. The only comment I would have is the sofa bed may not be comfy for 2 adults but the couch itself was great for 1 person.

Excellent!!

What a wonderful stay! View from our balcony of palm trees, the ocean and boats passing by, doesn’t get much better than that. The location of the unit within the resort is one of the best ones we think. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. I have allergies to dust, so the leather sofa was great and no ‘perfume-y” cleaning products were used. And the condo owner was great to deal with and very responsive. As usual, Hilton Head offered great biking and beach walks.

Wonderful unit with amazing views.

Very nice condo with an amazing view and unit has been updated nicely. So close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing. Susan the owner is very nice to work with. The porch has high top tables and chairs which is very important as the railing gets in the way of your view. Not all units have these. Very close to the beach boardwalk.
