AS PREMIER HOSTS, we offer our OCEAN VIEW locatiom! It is the great getaway location that you, your family, and friends will love! This condo offers you a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, and you are just steps away from the best beach and the largest beachside pool on Hilton Head Island!
This condo was recently updated, fresh, and comfy, able to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 1 queen bed, a queen pull-location! 2 kids' bunk beds, and a full kitchen, a Keurig, and a dishwasher. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, wireless, and 2 new ROKU TVs for your enjoyment. For your convenience, if desired, a handy elevator is nearby.

This beachside community offers PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, 3 pools(large family, baby, and adult only), an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant, and also an indoor restaurant. The community offers an indoor workout facility, tennis/pickleball courts, and bike rentals.

This was a good property for what we were looking for - a quick, easy to get to condo with beach access. It was clean and seemed updated as compared to some of the other properties in the area. There is not a great view of the ocean from this property, but I don't feel like it detracts from the experience. The biggest issue that I had with this particular condo was that the main bed was not very comfortable and it was very hard to sleep with the light coming in from the hallway, even with the curtains closed. All and all, would stay here again!

We are PREMIER HOSTS as rated by guests. We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for over 30 years even though we called the Midwest USA home. And after many years of traveling to Hilton Head, we've chosen to make Hilton Head Island home. In our opinion, this condo community, along with its superb location and offerings, is the absolute best spot on the entire island!

Why they chose this property

We chose to own here because we love Folly Field Beach. The sand is pristine and walkable and bikeable. The huge beachside pool is the largest and most beautiful on the island. The community offers a poolside restaurant, often with live music and an indoor sports bar restaurant as well. If you do decide to venture elsewhere on the island, it is convenient to many things to do with restuarants and shopping close by. We simply love it here!

What makes this property unique

What makes our place unique is the OCEAN VIEW from our condo! And to top it off, you can walk to the pool and beach easily and quickly as we are just a few steps away from the pool, beach, restaurant, bar, and ocean. It is a great location. :)
