We loved the location of the property. Very short walk to the beach. The condo provided absolutely everything we needed, they even had a large cart to wheel everything to the beach. Short walk to Coligny shops, grocery, restaurant, excellent coffee shop and the Tiki Hut with great live music. Very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We were very happy with the condo. Beds were really comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to watch TV without having to log onto your own programs. That’s a huge plus. Very clean also.

Our stay was very nice! We were close to downtown which we could walk to. Had a couple of good days with weather, golfed two days which was great! Never made it to the beach to relax due to weather but enjoyed breakfast at Skillets everyday and Hudson’s seafood for dinner! Too many bikers!

This was a great place to stay when visiting our daughter at school. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us since so many places are incredibly small at Hilton Head. We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets easily with the beach access. I highly recommend this place for families.
