Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This rare 2 bedroom in Seaside Villas recently underwent a full remodel. New beds, TV's, Furniture, Towels, Dishes, Appliances... Everything. We tore the unit down to the studs! AND has central air!

We are locals who have managed properties on Hilton Head for more than 20 years and are minutes away from the complex if you need anything during your stay.

We are happy to help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We can assist you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Is this vacation a special occasion, birthday, anniversary? Let us personalize the villa for you. We personally oversee the cleanings and maintain the villa ensuring the best possible accommodations.
There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, paper towels, and starter toilet paper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need for cooking meals. There is a Keurig, as well as regular coffee pot.

There are many exquisite restaurants to chose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner.

We provide four beach bikes, beach chairs and towels.

Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

The condo location is awesome for access to the beach, great ease to get to the unit with loading and unloading designated space and elevator. Unit is up to date, kitchen goods are fine. Perfect space with two bathrooms. View of ocean and short walk to the beach. If you have children, there is a ton of beach toys, wagon for the beach. Kendall was very responsive to our needs and was communicated in a timely manner. We plan to return next year for our girl's trip to get out of northern weather. Tons of restaurants nearby with great food, shopping fun as well.

Girls getaway

This condo was great. Location amenities. So nice to have starter kit for long weekend. Paper towels , soap, shampoo, towels and bedding. Kendall was on top of everything and this condo was close to Coligny. We walked and biked. Short walk to beach. Would stay again.

Great location

Was there for a golf tournament. Have stayed at this location multiple times. Great beach side location. Lots of room, parking, security, quiet, and amenities (bikes, beach chairs, beach toys). Excellent response from owner. We will be back.

Great location to beach, Coligny and Sea pines

We enjoyed our stay. The villa location was perfect. Short walk to beach and Coligny and quick car ride to Sea pines. Loved that bikes were provided. The villa supplied everything we needed for our week stay and was very clean and updated. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. The only down side was the primary bedroom backed up to the elevator.

Seaside Villa Hilton Head

Great villa to stay in Hilton Head with a perfect location. Walking to the beach was easy and we had a wonderful time at the beach and with many other activities on the island. The villa was perfect for our family and I would definitely come again to the same place.

Perfect place

From booking to check out was absolutely perfect. Great location, right at the beach with very short walk to restaurants and local shopping mall and attractions. Property had absolutely everything including beach chairs and beach towels. Will choose same host next time when we are in Hilton Head. Highly recommend :)

Great Vacation!

We stayed a week at this condo and it was absolute heaven. The beds were very comfortable. I have never slept so good away from home. The decor was beautiful and the managers were great to work with. Anything we needed was a very quick response with Southern Hospitality. They referred us to some of their favorite places on the island and their we thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. The location is right off of the beach so every day we started on the beautiful white sands. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was great. Very clean and well decorated short distance to the beach and Coligny. Only negative would be how small the bathrooms are. Very good communication with the host. I couldn’t find the iron and he dropped one off.

Vacationing made easy

Sea Side 154 was the perfect place for our family this trip, which included my husband and I and our 16 year old daughter. She had her own little wing with this condo being a two bedroom unit. The attention to detail far surpassed every other property we have stayed in on the island. Things that made our trip easy and comfortable were… the beds, the bedding, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge, the lack of clutter, the bathroom organization, the amount of storage/closet space, and the number of hooks, oh and the instructions for TVs/remotes/bikes/check out. The condo was clean and well stocked with every utensil, pot and pan we needed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thanks so much for having us.

ok, enjoyed beach

Second bedroom, very small, no access to night stand (lamp), no closet. Curtains at sliding door dirty, also could not lock sliding door. Did not enjoy sitting on patio when air conditioner unit is running, emits warm air and is noisy. Rusty knives in kitchen drawer.

Beautiful Condo

Just beautiful! The place had beautiful pictures of birds in every room. Seashells displayed in lovely bowls. The blue paint color is so pretty and perfect for this beach home. The condo had everything our family of five needed to cook meals and had stone countertops and clean kitchen appliances. We had more than a "starter" supply of products -- so nice to have. And the kitchen is so pretty with very nice touches. The view of the ocean was really nice to have and it's better than expected and shown online. Ceiling fans in every room kept the place cozy. The guest and master bathrooms have very high-end finishes. The condo came with plush towels. And to my surprise, beach towels and very nicely kept beach accessories and chairs were provided. The bikes are a nice plus for many, although we didn't use them because we have young children. We loved this place and would come back the next time we come to HHI. Thank you, Kendall!!!!

Stones throw from the beach

This was a short weekend and the location was great. PROS: Kendall is very responsive. The condo is a stones throw from the beach and close to nearby shops and restaurants. Size-wise it was perfect for us and our two kids. Appliances were all new and kitchen was clean and newer looking, bed linens were clean and beds were comfortable. CONS: The living room furniture was a little worn (cushions sunk, some stains), one of the toilets ran every couple of minutes, could use some paint touch ups, and the walls are very thin so you hear everything upstairs and next door. We had an issue with the hot water when taking showers. We all took cold showers the first morning and only one of us got a hot shower the second morning. It seemed the hot water heater didn't allow for more than a few gallons at a time which wasn't enough for the size of the condo. We did contact Kendall and she immediately responded and offered for her husband to come look at it. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we don't feel the value for what we paid was there.

Exceeded Expectations - Perfect Location - TOP NOTCH Customer Service - And those Beds!!!

We stayed here in early March. The owners provide everything you need as far as beach chairs/umbrella/toys, gym membership, and bikes! We found two of the four bikes to be broken. It appeared that they had been ridden on the beach and not rinsed off so you couldn't pedal them. I emailed the owner and within minutes, they responded to my email and within hours, they had alternate bikes for our use! They treated us like guests and it made all the difference. The short walk to the beach is great. The inside is beautiful, clean, and those beds! I prefer Marriott hotels for their beds, but these beds beat even those! I found myself cutting a few days short because I couldn't wait to sleep in the bed. (What kind are they? I meant to check before we left and forgot.) The only downside was the construction that was taking place the entire time. The last half of the week, they were right outside our window and started with the trucks warning they are backing up constantly and the clanging of the scaffolding at 8 AM, except Friday when it started around 7:00. That was annoying because most people like to sleep in during vacation. Fortunately, we were getting a good night's sleep making it easier to tolerate the automatic alarm clock to get us up and going to enjoy the days. All things considered, this was hands down the best place we've stayed in Hilton Head and we've been coming for over 10 years. Thank you Kendall!! :)

My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a ‘traveler’ for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy a one bedroom in seaside. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accommodations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

There are only a few 2 bedroom units in Seaside, so when this one came on the market we had to grab it (even if that meant gutting the whole thing)! We love the location of Seaside Villas, it is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the famous Coligny Plaza, lots of cute shops and entertainment select days of the week during rental season.
