Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This rare 2 bedroom in Seaside Villas recently underwent a full remodel. New beds, TV's, Furniture, Towels, Dishes, Appliances... Everything. We tore the unit down to the studs! AND has central air!

We are locals who have managed properties on Hilton Head for more than 20 years and are minutes away from the complex if you need anything during your stay.

We are happy to help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We can assist you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Is this vacation a special occasion, birthday, anniversary? Let us personalize the villa for you. We personally oversee the cleanings and maintain the villa ensuring the best possible accommodations.
There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, paper towels, and starter toilet paper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need for cooking meals. There is a Keurig, as well as regular coffee pot.

There are many exquisite restaurants to chose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner.

We provide four beach bikes, beach chairs and towels.

Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!
Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

Our stay was very nice! We were close to downtown which we could walk to. Had a couple of good days with weather, golfed two days which was great! Never made it to the beach to relax due to weather but enjoyed breakfast at Skillets everyday and Hudson’s seafood for dinner! Too many bikers!

This was a great place to stay when visiting our daughter at school. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us since so many places are incredibly small at Hilton Head. We were able to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets easily with the beach access. I highly recommend this place for families.

It was exactly like the pictures!! All of the extras they provide so convenient from the beach chairs to the toys for kids, the bikes and the kitchen ware. Access to the beach was just a quick walk. A great getaway! It was so nice have 2 bedrooms-lots of space! Everything was great…one thing that hindered my kiddos from sleeping in the bunks was the air vents-they were black, but other than that it was a great stay & would look forward to staying again.

My husband and I came to the Beaufort/Bluffton areas in 2001. I was a ‘traveler’ for the hospital in Beaufort, we fell in love with the area and decided to stay! We have one son that loves to be near the beach as well. I work in Beaufort and my husband works in Savannah, so Bluffton is a good in between for the both of us. We absolutely love Hilton Head Island. We go down and enjoy it as much as we can. Although we are only about 20 minutes away, we always feel like we are on vacation when we go to the beach. The people are always friendly and the restaurants are great! We love our life here! We bought a condo in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort when we first decided to buy and sold it a year later to buy a one bedroom in seaside. We wanted to be in the South Forest Beach area, we feel there is more to do and want to be able to offer our guests those accommodations. We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

There are only a few 2 bedroom units in Seaside, so when this one came on the market we had to grab it (even if that meant gutting the whole thing)! We love the location of Seaside Villas, it is within walking distance to many great restaurants and the famous Coligny Plaza, lots of cute shops and entertainment select days of the week during rental season.
