Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Centrally located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
