This is a wonderfully appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that has Ocean Front Views, Pool and 4 Adult Beach Cruiser Bikes! It has a full kitchen, dining table, wonderful family room and a great patio and is CLEAN and Updated! It is very well decorated, fully furnished, a King Bed in the Master with brand new mattress and has it's own private bathroom, a desk and dresser and 2 night stands with 2 lamps! The large 2nd bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a single twin with a dresser and lots of closet space! The kitchen is large and all appliances are full size, it even has an ice maker. The table seats 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room. The entire condo has been remodeled and has tile floors throughout. You have the luxury of a split heating and air system in each room, ceiling fans throughout and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the views! There are 4 newer beach chairs and a beach cart for trips to the beach! This unit is very well cared for, very clean and is very quiet. It is on the first floor with no stairs. Parking is very close by, free and safe as this is in a gated complex! The condo is perfectly located near Coligny Plaza, just minutes from everything!

Hello! We own and operate Bailey Property Services and have since 2017 when we moved to Hilton Head Island. We love it here and love what we do! We like the hands on approach and being close to all the condo's we either own or manage. We have 4 kids and 4 grandkiddos and love them dearly. We love to boat, fish, golf, bike ride (just got electric bikes!) and we love God.

It offers a pool, close to walking/bike trails, Coligny Plaza, but best of all, THE BEACH and Ocean!! You are Ocean front in this condo, and for the price, you will find none better! PLUS!! For no extra charge, you have access to 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes, no need to rent!
