Thanks Joshua! You are correct. The condo is in a great location. It's a couple of blocks from all restaurants in Coligny Circle. You can access the beach in couple places near the condo; one block to Coligny Circle or cross the street at Sea Side condos. Location, Location, you can't go wrong. Pkus, the condo is suoer nice. I just had it renovated a little less than year ago.

This property was incredible and had everything we needed to make our vacation amazing. The unit was very well kept and clean. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to coligny shops/restaurants. Pool was great and never too crowded. Communication with the host was quick and very easy when needed. Overall a great place and we will definitely consider staying here again for our next HHI trip.

Great Location and Very Clean

This condo was even nicer than the photos show, and easily the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, so close to Coligny Beach and shopping, yet the complex was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was nice and relaxing (and never crowded). We rented bikes from a place across the street and had the best time biking around the area. The owner was super helpful with a few questions I had ahead of our stay, check-in and condo instructions were clear and simple. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the island.

I'm so glad you had a great time at my condo! The location is the best, and riding bikes is a must do! It's always on my list to dot when I visit. Hilton Head has the best bike paths, shaded and very flat. I like the condo to be as nice as I would want it for myself when I stay, so that is how I prefer it to be for guests. Thanks for the kind words in your review, and I do hope you come again!

Perfect condo!

We love this condo. It is a short walk to Caligny Circle & the beach. Bike rental is right next door. The condo itself is extremely clean. All the amenities that we needed for kitchen and bath were provided. Love it being 2 floors. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. And did I mention how nice they are? 😁

Helen, you and Jim were delightful to communicate during your stay! I'm so glad you enjoyed the condo and all the greatness that the location provided. It's truly an amazing place to visit. I do my best to ensure every tenant is informed on what the condo offers before arriving, and I take pride in making the condo a home away from home, so people feel at home at the end of a full day of beauty, shopping, feet in the sand, and relaxation of Hilton Head Island. I do hope you come again! Roger

Spring Break Adventure without the crowd

Our Spring break adventure is worth repeating and thanks to the Combs’ Beach condo we’ll be back this fall for another week, home away from home. We love being in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the park. The condo is supplied with the essentials for families in the kitchen and gear for the beach. Highly recommend!!
