About this property

Mid-Island Resort-Private Boardwalk to Beach, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Pickleball!

Our updated, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is ideal for your family vacation or getaway! We are centrally located in Hilton Head within a resort offering easy beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and much more.

CONDO
The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath, and the second bedroom has (2) twin beds. Another bath with a shower is available. The living room has a queen (memory foam) sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a smart TV for viewing cable and streaming your subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu). There is also a Roku TV in the living room.
-Linens, bath/kitchen towels, and basic “starter” supplies provided.
-Living room opens up to a balcony with 2 chairs/table.
-The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals in your condo. The dining table accommodates four with room for an additional two at countertop/bar seating.
-Located in Building 2, 1st floor. Can be accessed by stairs or elevator(s).
-You'll find beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and a wagon to transport all your gear for a day at the beach. The beach equipment is conveniently located in a secured storage area close to the boardwalk to the beach.

RESORT
The resort is a 24/7 gated community. There are four main buildings with resort amenities either within the buildings or close by. Seasonal amenities are noted with an asterisk. Onsite laundry facilities are available in every building.

Building 1: Island Grill and Deli* (food/drinks, souvenirs), Outdoor Main Pool/bar*. Adjacent to Building 1 is the Golf Cart Beach Shuttle* pick-up location and the resort’s private Boardwalk (approx 1/4 mile) to the beach.
Building 2: Sundeck, Badminton Court, Bike Rentals
Building 3 (All amenities located indoors): Heated Pool, Running Track, Hot Tub, Toddler Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Workout Room
Building 4: Four lighted Tennis Courts. Adjacent to Building 4 is an outdoor Pool*, two Tennis/Pickleball Courts, and a Grill/Picnic Area.
Beach Area: Coco's on the Beach* (serving great food and drinks), Volleyball*, and bathrooms are at the end of the boardwalk.

SURROUNDING AREA
With the resort's mid-island location, we are conveniently situated for dining out, shopping, and bicycling. We are also a stop on Hilton Head's seasonal Harbor Breeze Trolley! The Shelter Cove Town Centre- 290,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space is within a mile from the resort. For water activities, there are nearby kayak, jet ski, and boat rentals or you can opt for a dolphin cruise or fishing charter. Onsite bike rental is available or numerous local rental companies will deliver your bikes to the resort so they are available when you arrive.

We had an awesome vacation at this property! Everything was smooth from the communication, property location, and we loved the beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas and toys. It was a perfect stay from start to finish, and there were a couple of days we didn't even leave the resort! We will be back and highly recommend this condo!

This unit is lovely!! Owners thought of pretty much everything! Beautifully maintained inside the unit, very clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of starter supplies & linens and beach gear for our stay. Some areas outside the unit need attention, but we actively saw staff working on projects. Overall would definitely recommend for renters!!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time here! My kiddos especially loved all the pools to choose from. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk was nice because I didn’t have to usher kids out of the road and be worried about cars. The resort is in a great location to a lot of restaurants!

Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. The complex is spread out so plan on a lot of walking. Melanie is super helpful. Always available when needed. Personally for my needs the unit could use a recliner other than that it was good.

Family Getaway

My husband and our daughter came for a relaxing vacation before she moved back in her college dorm. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and the condo was very cute! There is a walk to the beach but the bridge over the tidal marsh makes for a pleasant experience. We all enjoyed our stay very much!
