This was our once a year ladies weekend. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable beds, relaxing, quiet and easily accessible to beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was always available for questions. Hope to rent again.

Awesome place.

Dino the property manager was great. We had one small issue upon arrival and it was handled within minutes 10x better than we expected. I’ve already referred this property to friends a c we will return.

so close to the beach

The location of this vrbo cannot be beaten - you're literally steps from the beach, and the pool is just outside the back door. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed was super comfy! Dino was also super helpful and responsive!

Five day birthday getaway

My family of five ( husband and three children) stayed here for our first time on Hilton Head Island and we loved it! The property is exactly as pictured and listed. The property was clean and in a beautiful area overlooking the pool, we were pleasantly surprised that even in July it was never crowded or loud bring near the pool. The king bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. The beach is about 5 minutes away and very easy to walk and much less crowded than the coligny beach area where some other family stayed. We will definitely book again if we come back to Hilton Head Island.

Great condo for a weekend getaway

My adult daughters and I found this place to be perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The location is perfect! Many comforts of home there. We would stay here again for sure!

Lovely Home in South Forest Beach

We visited Hilton Head for four nights in March and had a wonderful stay. Seascape is convenient by bike or walking to Coligny Beach and is a quiet, nicely maintained property. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the view of the pool area and the spacious living and dining area. The host was gracious and communicative. Highly recommended!

Great location and clean

This was a great location, well stocked with essential items including beach chairs and a beach wagon. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was super clean. Being right by the pool was a huge plus with kids. We will definitely stay again.

My mom n ever has never been to a Vrbo but was impressed with. Right next to everything in hiton head and 15 minutes away from our event. We will be back again

We have stayed in HH for many years renting several different condos. This condo has a great location! It was perfect for my family of 4 which included two teenagers. Would definitely book here again!

Great place close to the beach, golf and entertainment.

Enjoyed our brief visit. Should mention that there are stairs. Not a problem for us, but maybe a problematic for others.

Great location

Condo location is wonderful. Back door opens to the pool and the beach is right across the street. Beach cart, umbrella, and chairs were a bonus. Definitely big enough for a family of 4, but wouldn't try to put more than that in it.

Great value!

This place is great - close to the beach walkway, right next to the pool and it’s well stocked. Bathrooms are smaller but it’s better to have two than one big one. Wasn’t a problem for us at all. Would stay here every year - looks like rates are increasing for next year by a good bit already, though. Overall a great place - maybe our favorite in 10+ years of visiting the island.

Location is amazing! So easy to just walk back and forth if you forgot something or wanted a beach break. Pool literally steps outside your door. It is a uniquely shaped building, so the space is a bit unique as well inside. Lots of steps, but not an issue for us. One of the bathrooms was very small, but worked for our teen boys. Had an issue with the AC and owner responded immediately! Went to breakfast and came back to it being fixed. House has EVERYTHING you need: ample beach toys and chairs and towels, coffee pot and filters, trash bags, sandwich bags, full kitchen, extra toiletries, games, books…EVERYTHING you could need. Will definitely be coming back!

This is exactly what we needed. The pool was right outside and the beach was just across and down the street. Great location but the condo needs updating. It is dated for sure. We would stay here again.

Everything about the place was great. The only issue we had is we could not get the television in the living room to work. It was not a major deal for us, but it was the only issue. Would rent this place again.

Perfect Beach Getaway with an Ideal Location!

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this vacation townhome! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and the pool right in front made it super convenient for relaxing after a day in the sun. The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small issue we encountered was that the beach umbrella was broken, and the beach cart was on its last legs. However, once we informed the owner, he responded quickly and assured us he would replace them. His prompt response left a great impression. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

Hilton Vacation

It was not ocean front or beach front, but close to the beach. Bathrooms upstairs, little inconvenient to climb so many steps every time needed. Place was nice, clean and big enough. Fully furnished kitchen. Would have been nice to have a little more info; got a note on the window for not have a sticker. Found them on the bottom shelf of the book case behind the chair.
