Wonderful condo

We loved the layout and location in Shipyard. Our own mobility issues made tde the climb to the main living area and wonferful screened porch a bit difficult.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent and wonderful stay at the condo in Winward Village at shipyard plantation. The condo was beautiful and clean and had all the essentials and more for a comfortable stay.The beds were very comfortable and an appropriatenumber of pillows and towels available.Any questions for the host were answered immediately and efficiently.

Another Great Stay

This was our third stay at Ms. Moore’s condo. We had a great time and will be returning next year adding an additional week to our Hilton Head vacation. This says it all.

Exactly what we needed!

We had a great time! The place was exactly as described and Janice was easy to communicate with. We really liked how close it was to shops and restaurants . We look forward to staying here again.

Fall Getaway

The property was exactly as described in VRBO. The villa was comfortable. Starter supplies & appliances were perfect. The screened porch was our favorite place to relax in the morning. Loved watching golfers.

Great Time

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The screened in porch was a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy quiet time on the days it rained. The property was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. We had a great week and love Hilton Head - we will be back soon.

Wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful. The condo is exactly as seen in the pictures. Close to everything you coukd need and within walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was very clean and my wife and I love how it has been decorated. The pool area was fantastic as well. Nicely shaded in some areas and sunny in others to suit all tastes. Janice was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any inquiries. We definitely recommend this property and would certainly consider staying here again!

Anniversary weekend

Wonderful weekend at our favorite location. Some minor glitches since you asked. Absolutely pitch dark upon arrival-hard to find unit/parking spot/keypad. Nice that a light was on inside. TV didn’t work but we’d brought our Apple TV so we just watched movies and didn’t bother calling being a holiday. Had to start dishwasher pet rules and buy our own soap. But location was great, clean, spacious.

Shipyard at it’s best

This was a lovely condo with absolutely everything we needed. Clean, spacious and comfortable with the bonus of a screened in balcony off the living space. There was also a porch on the lower level accessed from the primary bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was centralized with restaurants, shopping and beach. Janice was more than responsive and wonderful to communicate with when questions arose. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Great Host, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our week stay ! This condo is setup up beautifully! The house is very well decorated, has plenty of storage and room. Love the 1/2 bath on the second floor off the kitchen. Great screened in porch on 2nd level. Will definitely stay here again! Owner is very helpful and responds quickly when asking questions!!

Loved our stay at Shipyard

We loved our stay at Shipyard! Janice was very responsive to the couple questions we had. What a great location to everything you needed. We are golfers and Hilton Head has some great courses. Condo was very clean and comfy! It does need a colander though. Made a Scampi with fantastic local shrimp and enjoyed a great evening in the back screen room. Great Stay! Thanks Janice! Elaine & Bill

We loved the unit that we stayed in. This was our first stay in Shipyard (have always stayed in Sea Pines). The beach and bike paths were less crowded and easy to navigate.

Clean, Comfortable and Great Location!

Shipyard is a quiet and beautiful gated community, with lots of paved trails and conveniently located to the beaches, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also, tennis courts and golf courses. This villa offered all that we needed for our 15 day stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Return to Shipyard

This is our second year staying at this lovely condo. We enjoy it so The fact that we have reserved it for a month next year speaks for itself. The location is superb and we especially enjoy the extensive walk/bike paths within Shipyard.
