About this property

Beautiful and clean villa! Keyless entry! Snowbirds welcome!

Living room has queen size sleeper sofa with 40" LCD TV. This villa is freshly remodeled with new cabinets, granite counters, tile and laminate floors, faucets, kitchen utensils, dishes and silverware. Tastefully decorated with paintings and original photo artwork.

Master bedroom is complete with queen bed with new mattress and springs, plenty of storage, closet, 32" LCD TV with DVD player, and newly renovated full bath facilities with granite countertop, rain shower head, body jets, and tile shower directly accessed from the master bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a single bed and a full bed , storage, closet and 32" LCD TV. There is a bath off hallway for the second bedroom which has been renovated with new cabinet, granite countertop. A hairdryer is also provided. Secure Wi-Fi is included.

Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, mixer, blender, under cabinet lighting, pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, plates, and glasses. The dining area will accommodate 6 people with access to see the living room TV. Front porch faces the tennis courts.

It is about a 6 minute walk to the beach over a marsh area on a boardwalk. The resort does have a golf cart shuttle that runs on a schedule back and forth across the boardwalk.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and the beach. Amenities included with your stay at our resort are 2 outdoor pools; one with deli located next to it featuring tennis racket rentals, beach toys, towels and attire, snacks, movie rentals. Six outdoor tennis courts, sundeck, reflection garden, volleyball, salt marsh for wildlife enjoyment and photo opportunities, Coco’s beach side cabana, picnic area with outdoor charcoal grills are also available as onsite outdoor entertainment. On your way to the secluded beach you can enjoy nature of the salt marsh by taking a 5 minute walk on the boardwalk with commentaries on salt marsh marine life or just wait on the complimentary shuttle across the boardwalk. Coco’s beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen and great views of the surf, volleyball and great beach views.

If inclement weather threatens to spoil your fun there is an indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, kids pool, exercise room, running track, benches, swings and free wireless internet access

My beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. Great pools, close to the beach and if you don’t want to walk they have a golf cart that will take you there. The property manager gave great recommendation for everything you would need for your stay. 👍

Resort Living

Overall it was good. The floors were not clean but overall clean. Since the resort was so big, the unit was not as close to the ocean as believed and was a bit of a hike. Enjoyed all the amenities and our vacation.

Definitely worth another stay

Very pleased with our stay! Everyone in our family(age 7 to 64) enjoyed the villa and the resort. It may be a 7-10 min walk to beach but what a beautiful one! There were actually several amenities that aren't listed that proved to be helpful and the rest of the description is spot on. Marianne was very helpful and responsive. We had to call maintenance(due to storm causing power outage, not owners fault) and they were also very helpful. The resort itself had plenty to keep us busy and we love HHI!
