Beautiful and clean villa! Keyless entry! Snowbirds welcome!

Living room has queen size sleeper sofa with 40" LCD TV. This villa is remodeled with new cabinets, granite counters, tile and laminate floors, faucets, kitchen utensils, dishes and silverware.

Master bedroom is complete with queen bed with new mattress and springs, plenty of storage, closet, 32" LCD TV with DVD player, and renovated full bath facilities with granite countertop, rain shower head, body jets, and tile shower directly accessed from the master bedroom. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a single bed and a full bed and storage closet. There is a bath off hallway for the second bedroom which has been renovated with new cabinet, granite countertop. Free Secure Wi-Fi is included.

Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, mixer, blender, under cabinet lighting, pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, silverware, plates, and glasses. The dining area will accommodate 6 people with access to see the living room TV. Front porch faces the tennis courts.

It is about a 6 minute walk to the beach over a marsh area on a boardwalk. The resort does have a golf cart shuttle that runs on a schedule back and forth across the boardwalk.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants and the beach. Amenities included with your stay at our resort are 2 outdoor pools; one with deli/convenience store located next to it featuring tennis racket rentals, beach toys, towels and attire, snacks, movie rentals. Six outdoor tennis courts, sundeck, reflection garden, volleyball, salt marsh for wildlife enjoyment and photo opportunities, Coco’s beach side cabana, picnic area with outdoor charcoal grills are also available as onsite outdoor entertainment. On your way to the secluded beach you can enjoy nature of the salt marsh by taking a 5 minute walk on the boardwalk with commentaries on salt marsh marine life or just wait on the complimentary shuttle across the boardwalk. Coco’s beach side cabana will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen and great views of the surf, volleyball and great beach views.

If inclement weather threatens to spoil your fun there is an indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, kids pool, exercise room, running track, benches, swings and free wireless internet access

Summer Family Vacation

Our family of 5 loved this property. The resort pools are nice, the room was clean and perfect size for our family, the kitchen was well stocked so that we could cook our own meals, and the beach was a nice, short walk down the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this resort. The rooms were perfect and the resort had enough to do for two teenage boys. The beach was gorgeous! The beach is about a 10 minute walk on the board walk but very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this resort!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Our weekend got completely rained out so we didn’t get to really enjoy the beach but location was great and loved being close to coco’s. Other than some kitchen utensils and pots/pans being dirty we didn’t really have any complaints.

It was a very nice condo for a family of 4 with two little children. It was a 12 minute brisk walk to the beach, so not too bad. It was well stocked with any kitchen utensils one might need for cooking meals etc. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Overall a great stay, and a great host!

Great location for a couple days

The location is great, ten minute walk to the beach even pulling a toy cart and two toddlers. The complex has a lot to offer, pool is nice. The condo itself left a little to be desired, it’s a bit dated and not exactly the cleanest. There is a beach cart offered but it looks like it needed to be replaced two summers ago. Overall a good value for a weekend away!

The description of the property is spot on! Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything (pots/pans/dishes/utensils) needed. The condo was sizable enough to accommodate the 2 adults and 2 teens on this trip. The boardwalk to the beach has quite the view and the shuttle back and forth was nice! So much on the grounds to keep our 2 teens occupied. We had a great trip and would definitly book again!

The manager was great to communicate with and the space was nice. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t bad. The mattresses in the 2nd bedroom are horrible!!! Great Condo

Everything that we needed in a condo for a family of 4 spending a week down in hilton head. Great location in Hilton Head. The resort has everything you need - pools (indoor and outdoor) and a private beach (around 7-8minute walk). We spent a lot of our time off site so I can't comment on every ammenity available. We took the shuttle to the beach one day which was super easy and helpful. Floors could of been mopped/cleaned prior to us getting there which is why I gave a 4 star for clealiness. Besides that we felt at home.

Walk to beach much longer than expected. Bed very uncomfortable.

Walk to beach hard if carrying chairs, etc., much longer than anticipated. There’s a service that will take you, tips optional. Master bedroom mattress worn out! Had to put couch pillows under one side just to level it enough for two people to sleep on. Everything else ok.
