Comfortably furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, & tennis courts. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. First floor end villa. Open floor plan features relaxing living room area with wet bar, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools surrounding open kitchen. Separate laundry closet off kitchen. Villa has Jan 2023 vinyl plank flooring in hallway, kitchen & laundry closet.
Oct 2024 carpet in living, dining areas & bedrooms for maximum comfort.
There is a California king bed in the Main bedroom.
Two full beds in the guest bedroom, -- perfect for families or multiple couples!
Oct 2020 Sealy mattresses, box springs & pillows have extra allergen protected pads & covers all beds.
Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet access for free & your streaming account services on all 3 Roku TVs. CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through French door in living area.

The Islanders Beach Park is a simple walk (4/10's of a mile). There is a children's playground at the beach access park also featuring a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers.
Ask about 'Snowbird' monthly rate offered Jan thru mid-March.
Weekly rates are 7 times the listed nightly rate.
Cleaning fee is included in rate.

Perfect location on Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and in wonderful condition. The property felt very welcoming. It was close to the beach, which was wonderful. The owners were helpful and passed along great information. I highly recommend staying here when you're headed to Hilton Head.

Great Time!

Very clean and neat. New kitchen. Beds very comfortable. Only a short walk to beach or you can drive and pay to park. Restrooms, showers and a nice play area at the boardwalk to beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Our host - Valerie - was the very best! She was very helpful with providing information about the property and the island. The pools were nice to lay out and get some sun. Comfy HHI Condo Near Everything

The quiet Crown Reef neighborhood of condos and town homes is a really convenient spot if you’re in town to play golf (the Port Royal club house and course is about 1/4-mile down the road), don’t want to pay for “beach front” but want a beach nearby and prefer fully-equipped accommodations over hotels/resorts. The layout of this 1st floor unit is nice and open, not dark and dated like some of the other Crown Reef units we’ve stayed in. We had 2 sports cars and appreciated the plentiful parking spots right adjacent to this end unit. Big baths for each of the 2 bedrooms, comfy furnishings, plenty of seating and very clean. Would stay there again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is huge! We enjoyed all the extra space! The home is well appointed with anything you might need, nicely decorated, the owners were super easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze! There are even binders of island information and directions to everything were posted throughout. Parking was right by the door, and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far. The complex was quiet and the people there were friendly. This was our first trip to HHI, and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay! 😎

Fall stay

Condo was pretty much as expected. We’ve stayed in the area for a number of years and some of the units show their age more than others. This one was reasonably clean. Some electrical outlets did not work but we worked around them. Pillows in master need replacing. Glad we took ours. Overall we had a nice stay in a spacious condo that was quiet and centrally located.

What makes a great vacation? Location. Yes, but this villa goes beyond being in a great location: close to two pools, the tennis courts, playgrounds, and the BEACH! This stylish villa is clean and comfortable. The owners are thoughtful and easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and even glass storage containers. We made good use of the back porch for quiet late night talks...we will miss that porch! Having such a great place to stay is what made our vacation truly stress free. We chose to eat at several local places and were most impressed by Chef David's Roastfish and Cornbread. A popular local restaurant on 70 Marshland Rd. This will be on our must do list for all future visits to Hilton Head! Our deepest thanks to Valerie and Don!

Really nice condo, but we were on the first floor and the unit above us was inhabited by night walkers. All night, early morning, all day. Could not sleep.Could not sit and enjoy the condo. I will not stay here again.

This is a beautiful space well maintained very good communication with details for ease nice shady walks with beautiful landscaping a lot of construction work across the way but it did not interfere with our weekend but it does look like it could be ongoing for a while be prepared for it It makes a nice getaway for retirees and/or couples
