The house was spotless, and very clean. The host was very responsive! The beach was a few minutes away by the provided golf cart. The golf cart died on the first trip, and she got the battery replaced. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but the place and all the amenities were incredible

The place was clean and organized when we arrived. We enjoyed having easy access to the beach for daily walks. It was also fun watching the golfers on the course that is directly behind the unit. It location was quiet and relaxing but still convenient to shopping and activities that we wanted to do.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the villa very much... To begin with, Margie welcomed me in providing support with the paperwork with texting and emailing all essential directions and instructions in a timely manner. We arrived without any issues to our beautiful villa with its lovely private outdoors seating area. Inside the villa was lovely and we all enjoyed our time there.. Also, in having the golf cart at our disposal made our stay feel carefree to the beach.. Thank you very much to Margie and Vrbo for our lovely stay at the beach. We would like to stay there again. We spent a fantastic week at Grace Meadows for spring break. Our family was able to spread out and relax during our whole stay. The golf cart made getting to the beach incredibly easy. This home was well appointed with everything we could need in the kitchen and throughout each room. The golf cart was especially helpful in getting to and from the beach and we were grateful to have so much beach gear available. We also loved the location that made it easy to get to local attractions. Margie was incredibly responsive and made our stay extra delightful.

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. The provided golf cart is a plus in getting to and from the beach. Communication of information before and during our stay was exceptional! This place is a winner in many ways!

Exactly what we were looking for

Exactly what we were looking for. We needed a place for me to attend a conference and for my husband and Adult children to Visit and bring our grandchildren and all have fun. The location was perfect and the home was fully stocked with more than we could’ve dreamed of.

Fabulous Family Beach Week at The Links 9A

This spacious and comfortable villa., surrounded by live oaks, was the perfect place for our family beach week. The provided (golf cart, chairs, bikes, beach and pool toys) added so much to our stay. The communication with Margie, the property manager, was prompt and so thorough. So good we have already booked for next year! This place is a winner!
