Recently renovated and tastefully furnished (7/2020), this Bluff Villas condo boasts a coastal chic charm.

Upon entering the gates of Sea Pines, you'll instantly feel like you're on vacation! There are over 20 miles of bike/walking trails, 3 golf courses, tennis/pickle ball courts, equestrian facility, boating, kayaking, several restaurants and shops, Harbour Town, and of course, beautiful beaches.

You really can't beat the location of 'The Salty Villa'. The South Beach Marina is right next door where you'll find The Salty Dog Cafe, a legendary Hilton Head bar and restaurant with a huge outdoor area on the water with tables and live music every night. There are shops, ice cream, restaurants, and fun to be had by all! You'll also have beach access right across the dead-end street. There will be beach towels, a beach bag, cooler and beach chairs waiting for you to hit the...you guessed it, the beach!

Inside 'The Salty Villa' you'll find:
-Master Bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom
-Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and were very happy. The location is close to the water in a quiet end of town neighborhood in Sea Pines. We loved getting up to go to the beach every morning. There is a trolley stop close to the condo and you are a quick walk to Salty Dog. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Highly recommended booking if you are looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay.

Great condo and location

Myself and some friends were in town for a golf trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a prime location for walking distance to The Salty Dog and other restaurants close by. Easy check in and the rental was clean. We would not hesitate to book again.

Sea Pines Pleasure

Beautiful location, very nice unit. Easy walk to the Salty Dog and racquet facilities. 3 min walk to the beach and views you could sit and enjoy all day long. Highly recommend this property and owner. Hope to get there again soon.

The environment was very relaxing. The lighting was good in some areas. Kitchen was quite accessible and up to date. The entire unit was very appropriate… we enjoyed our stay.

We had such an AMAZING experience working with the owner of this beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay so much, the condo was stunningly decorated and super clean. It is in a wonderful location, and had so many walkable options. We had our family of 4 and 2 additional adult friends come with us, and this place provided a perfect amount of space and privacy for all. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next trip down!

Salty Dog Dream

If you are like us, and visit the Salty Dog once a day, this is one of the best properties on the island. Very clean with a large living/kitchen area. Communication and check-in/out were simple and straightforward. We would stay again.

This place was perfect. Jamie was amazing and immediately texted back within asked a question. The condo’s parking lot is attached to the salty dogs lot. We didn’t have great weather so this location couldn’t have been better. It was short walk to the sound and .5 miles to the beach. It was one of the best I have ever stayed in. Could not recommend more.

Perfect stay.

The property was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a quick family weekend getaway, including beach chairs. Walking distance to beach, Pickleball courts and right next to Salty Dog. Only slight inconvenience was no parking at the bigger beach that was about 1/2 mile away so we simply had to drop off all beach supplies and then walk back. Not a big problem at all. Communication with property owner was awesome. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

The host was pleasant and very responsive. The location near Salty Dog was a plus. The beach chairs were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked but would have liked to have a Keurig for a quick cup of coffee. All in all I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location to beach and pool, 2-4 minute walk. Clean and well equipped! Comfortable furniture and bedding made it feel like home away from home.Only 1 set of stairs, very convenient access. Walking distance to the Salty Dog and pickleball courts. The beach on the estuary is a bit calmer (waves and capacity) than the outer perimeter, great for kids and families. Great host, very communicative and supportive!

As frequent Hilton Head - Sea Pines vacationers, this place is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and the Salty Dog. The quality beach chairs provided were a great add. I would definitely consider returning.
