About this property

Wonderful luxury vacation home with private pool and lagoon views. Luxury vacation home completely updated with luxury vinyl plank, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, new bathrooms and new furniture. You have a wonderful outdoor living space with great lagoon views to relax after a fun day at the beach or golf course. King size bed in the master suite, queen bed in guest room, two double beds in the guest room with fold out couch in the sun room. Pool can be heated for $750 per week or $125 per day. Wonderful pool and hot tub on the large outdoor deck.

Living room has vaulted ceilings with lots of sun light coming in. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room with stainless steel appliances. Living room, sun room, and kitchen all have great pool and lagoon views. Master suite has a beautiful en suite master bath with glass shower and granite counters. Guest rooms are very large with lots of space to spread out. Guest rooms share a full size bath. Guest room has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two double beds. There is also a half bath off the kitchen for guests in the living area.

Your family with have a wonderful vacation time at 41 Governors Road in Sea Pines with Hilton Head Vacations. Sea Pines offers miles of beautiful shaded bike paths, Sea Pines Beach Club, Three championship golf courses, world class tennis courts and many waterfront restaurants. Best ever

We loved this house more than any other place we have ever stayed. Seriously didn't want to leave. We cheered our Chiefs team to a Superbowl win watching on the giant tv in the living room and cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Might have even jumped in the pool to celebrate. Ha! We played card games and got some sun on the beautiful deck. We read everyday in the room off the master that we dubbed the reading room. Now i want one of those rooms! We enjoyed getting ready in the beautiful bathroom with natural light filtering in. And that shower was amazing. We were in the perfect spot for a Hilton Head vacation. I always try to stay in Sea Pines when we are there. Such a quiet beautiful location. We walked outside everyday and just enjoyed a thoroughly, much needed, relaxing vacation. We hope to be back very soon!

Comfortable and relaxing vacation

The house was beautiful and the furniture was comfortable. It was nice and bright with many large windows. The house was clean and had plenty of dishes and cutlery. The only complaint was the cleaning company left no sponge to clean the dishes and uses the cheapest toilet paper, paper towels, and horrible hand soap. The pool looked a lot bigger in the photos but it was sufficient. Overall this property was amazing after I went shopping for toiletries!!
