Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade

Our beautifully updated Sea Pines retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxing coastal getaways with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, featuring a unique bunk room with three twin beds and a queen bed.

Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a fenced pool and a luxurious 75-jet hot tub with lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find stylish furnishings, comfortable gathering spaces, and fun for all ages with a commercial-quality arcade featuring over 3,500 games.

The beach is easily accessible via the bike path right beside the home — just an 8-minute walk or a quick 4-minute bike ride to the sand.

Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $30 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

Fantastic location, quick beach access. We rode bikes there daily and it was about a 3 min bike ride. The kids loved the pool and location was amazing and central to everything we wanted to do. We had never been to Sea Pines before and we didn’t know we had to pay for a parking pass when we enter and they only accept cash at the gate. It was 20 for a week pass, but would have been helpful to know.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 with room for more guests. The kids loved the lofted beds and the swimming pool. The adults loved the hot tub and the well appointed kitchen for cooking. All enjoyed the location in Sea Pines with quick bicycle access to the beach and to ice cream! Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in Sea Pines. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to South beach and Harbour Town in about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay, the location was centrally located in Sea Pines, a short bike ride away from the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners were very nice and responsive. The location was in a quiet area of SeaPines. The beach was within an easy 10 minute walk. It was also a pleasant exercise walk to Harbour Town or an easy bike ride. The pool and hot tub are within a very private yard. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

We love Sea Pines! The beach, the bike trails, the moss. Fall is our favorite time. Our backyard pool and hot tub are incredibly private, with all views blocked by nature

Our house has a heated pool a hot tub, an arcade game with every imaginable game on it, and the coolest bunk room around!
