About this property

Southside A building, steps from beach & pool…clean & comfy

Our first floor condo is just a short walk to the pool or beach. It is an ideal location for families with small kids.


The bedroom has a queen size mattress and is very comfortable. We do have s TV in the bedroom. There is also a small make-up vanity in the bedroom with a chair.

We have a flat 50" TV in the living room/kitchen area, along with a dining table with 4 chairs. This condo has a dishwasher, we supply the soap. We have all the necessities in the kitchen such as toaster, blender, k-cup coffeemaker, etc.

Upon arrival there is a start-up set of towels (6 sets) also there will be sheets for all beds. For you convienence there is smart-card operated laundry room a couple of doors away. We do provide a laundry card so you do not need to purchase one. You can also download the laundry app and operate through your phone. If you choose to use the laundry card provided you can add funds in the laundry room next to the condo.

We have provided beach chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! If you are traveling by plane you can make arrangements to have beach towels. Message me for details.

There is a private balcony where we have a couple of Adirondack chairs......its a great place to sit and enjoy a drink.... There is a picnic area with tables and grills that you can see from the balcony.

Bike rentals are located just outside the security gate on resort property.

Mixx on Main, Pomodoro, Wise Guys, Coastal Capri, Dockside, Nunzio’s, Crazy Crab (north end), Old Oyster Factory, Fishcamp, Frankie Bones and there are many other dining
Best breakfast on the island….Plant ation Cafe!


Tuesday nights in the summer there are fireworks display at Shelter Cove Marina which is close by....

Island Explorers has different boat tours that you can choose from, Tuesday fireworks is one of them! The tours leave from Old Oyster Factory dock on Marshland Road.
They do have a fireworks cruise on Tuesdays so you can fight the traffic and watch from the water!

Great Place to stay

My family and I had a great trip here. The location is Prime. You're right next to the beach just quick walk over the bridge to the beach and you're there. A couple of restaurants onsite. You can see the ocean from the condo and you get great light on the balcony.

Great little condo, perfect location.

We came down as former locals with a bunch of local family and found the location to be perfect; the beach is a 2 minute walk from the front door. Even on a packed memorial day weekend the condo was quiet, well stocked with basics and perfect for a couple with a baby. Dee was extremely responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! 3rd Time at the beach & tennis resort. Dee is on top of it, she responded very quickly & was super accommodating. The unit does not have a direct ocean view But is really close to the ocean. The price was Really good & we had a great time. The only drawback is the food at the restaurants On resort is average at best! Great family vacation spot. We would stay with Dee again Thank you for all your help Pete & Krista

Cozy and Lovely

The owner took care in the details. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. A goodie basket of snacks welcomed us when we walked in and even had gluten-free items! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the owner provided Dawn Dishwashing Liquid and a cute fish sponge too. It's close to the beach and next to a rank to the sand. Lovely experience and we will come back again!

Dee was lovely to work with and unit was clean but the peeling wallpaper needs to be fixed. Also, provide written instructions for the Roku TV. We had to reset it multiple times to get the local channels.

Dee gave us great pre arrival information. The condo had a one cup Keurig coffee maker, but I brought bulk coffee and filters. Dee brought us a brand new coffee maker within hours. She was very easy to reach by text, and answered quickly.

Nice but small..

Dee was nice and handled my concerns (additional parking pass needed and flipped breaker) quickly. The condo was clean and stocked. I will admit that it was smaller than expected. My only negative thoughts are the furniture. The furniture was horribly uncomfortable. The bunk beds and couch (pull out bed) was completely difficult to sleep on the the extent that my son tried sleeping in a beach chair instead.

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is located north central on the island where the beach is fine.....
The resort has one large swimming pool with an additional small kiddie pool next to it and next to Admirals Row there is a smaller pool that anyone at resort can use! Located near the large pool is a tiki bar that serves drinks, burgers.....
Selected times there is entertainment for you to enjoy as well.
Right outside security gate are bike rentals, very convenient when staying at resort!
