My husband and I could not have asked for a better stay for a quick trip to Hilton Head Island. The villa is beautifully decorated, updated, and clean. The villa is on the end so you get extra sunlight through the windows. It’s an easy walk to the beach and bike rentals. We look forward to coming back for another visit!

This is a beautiful one bedroom villa. Everything was excellent! Loved the decor and all the personal touches! It was very clean and instructions were easy to understand. The property manager is the owner and she responds with any questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay at the Flingo!

Great beachfront rental!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hilton Head! The condo was newly renovated and clean. It was extremely convenient to both the beach and the pool. Karen was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a beachfront property.

Beach vacation

Such a nice place. Great location and overall nice experience. Could of used more wash cloths and there were no beach towels as seen in the pictures. Hostess was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay again.

What a delightful time we had at Karen's one-bedroom condo! The layout is great; the amenities exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed using the bikes, relaxing at the nearby beach, and just soaking up the peace and comfort! Highly recommended!

Place is even better than advertised!

Love, love, love, this place. Great location, steps from the beach, a nice pool, and a reasonably priced tiki bar. Place is spacious and very clean. Karen is incredibly responsive and has everything you could ever need. Everything is convenient - including nearby grocery stores, bikes, parking, pool access, etc., Wish we had stayed longer and we'll be coming back again! Thank you!!!

The condo was beautiful - very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location and very quiet. Coffee on the deck every morning was great. We had a wonderful time and hope to get back again. The owner was wonderful to work with. She promptly answered any questions we had.

We were able to book and stay all in the same day! Karen was very quick to answer our request for a last minute, overnight stay in her condo. We were very pleased to find a well decorated, updated, clean, and comfortable place that was super close to the beach and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Relaxing quiet Stay

Quiet condo! Short walk to pool and beach! No hot pavement to get there. Walk behind building C on the grass and you are at the pool and the beach! I would highly recommend this condo to couples who want a peaceful and relaxing stay at the beach.

The villa was very clean & well furnished. It is close to the beach but on a nice quiet end of the resort. The extras (beach chairs, wagon...) made it very easy to enjoy our time on the beach. Karen made our week stay very enjoyable & hassle free. We are already trying to find open time at the villa for a return trip in July.

Wonderful beach getaway.

This property was perfect for our trip. Great location right on the oceanfront. Unit was well equipped and very comfortable. This was hands down the cleanest property we have visited to date. Property manager was very helpful, informative and quick to respond to all of our questions from the very beginning throughout our stay. We will not hesitate to stay again or to refer to anyone who is looking. We really could not say enough how much we enjoyed this property.
