Enjoy stunning ocean views from this 3rd floor beach villa in the heart of Hilton Head's most popular beach. Modern, updated open lay out with a full kitchen, open bedroom and full tiled shower. Queen bed in the bedroom, one bunk in the bedroom for a small child and a pull out queen sleeper in the living room. Great beach location and just a couple blocks from Dining, Shopping and Entertainment! Comes with two beach chairs, beach towels and two beach bikes.

Located in Seaside, a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. About 2 Blocks from The Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza with its numerous restaurants and shops.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

The host was very friendly. We had a few days to relax. Unfortunately we didn’t have any sunshine. Between rain showers we were able to enjoy a few restaurants and bands within walking distance.

Lovely little beach trip!

We have a great time in Hilton Head staying at this property. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The management of the property was great as well and quick to respond to all of our questions. They have umbrellas and a wagon to help bring your stuff to the beach as well as a well-appointed kitchen which saved us a lot of money. We really enjoyed it!

Exactly As Described

The condo is exactly as described on VRBO. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration. The Condo location is perfect and very near to all shopping and dining district in Coligny. Beautiful sunrises and daily dolphin sightings. You can walk or bike everywhere! We would stay again! Thank you to Kendall Kline our host who even left beautifully designed Anniversary Cookies from a nearby Bakery! Kendall was an amazing host and was easy tocommunicate with.

Check in and location was all good. This is a very small condo, you walk in the door and the bed is right there. Two of us were in the condo and I would not want anymore than that-the owners were great communication wise. The view from the balcony was ok- the balcony’s are very close to each other so we always had people on either side of us. Overall good condo just very small.

Great location; Cozy getaway

The condo was a little smaller than we expected but was great for just the 2 of us and very clean. It’s within a short walk to coligny plaza for breakfast, coffee, dinner and groceries. Very easy to get to once on island and only a short drive to sea pines.

LOVED IT!

Everything about the stay was easy! Especially access to the beach (which can be difficult in Hilton Head). The owner was responsive and good to work with. When we come back to Hilton Head we will stay here again!

My family and I had a great weekend at this condo it was clean and had everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location is great you can walk or ride bikes to all the restaurants and shops.

Seaside Villa is well maintained and welcoming. Beach view from the balcony and stocked with everything needed for a quiet relaxing getaway. Communicating with the hosts was easy and readily available. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely tiny condo right on the beach with a view of the water. Completely renovated and update. Perfect for a couple. Close to everything. The host was great. She was available and very helpful. Just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

I would definitely recommend Sea Side Villas

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The location is perfect for everything you want to do. The beach is a hop skip and a jump to get to! The Villa provided a wagon that helped get all our gear down there for 2 little girls. The pool was perfect size and our girls met a lot of other guests! The condo was well equipped with everyone’s kitchen needs! We will be back in the future!

Beautiful beach view!

This was a nice condo. Our communication with the owner/manager was great! She even offered us an early check-in, which we unfortunately couldn’t make. We contacted her with one small issue with the bathroom sink, and she had someone there within an hour. The view was wonderful, the kitchen had everything we could need or want, there was tons of storage space in closets and drawers. Because of some previous hip and knee surgery, I found the mattress a bit hard and uncomfortable, but my husband had no problems with it. Overall, we had a wonderful 10 days!

Pleasant stay on the beach

Totally agree with other positive reviews about this condo. It was great for a getaway for just the two of us. The condo indeed had everything that we needed, inside and out. Chairs, a wagon, beach mats, sand toys, boogie boards, etc were already there on the patio for our enjoyment. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the beach was always just a brief walk away just across the parking lot. The location was ideal, right around all the restaurants and stores we wanted or needed. If we had walked or bike, it would have only been a few minutes to travel to where we wanted to go each morning / evening. The bikes being available for use was a great plus, just wish we had used them. We will definitely look to reserve this condo again in the future. Management / ownership was great and kept in close contact the whole time.
