This nicely updated 550 square foot 1 bedroom ocean front villa is located in the highly desirable Sea Side Villas. Imagine being able to enjoy the fresh ocean air and a 180 degree ocean front view from your own private balcony. You will be just steps away from the beach and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Perfect for a couples getaway! You will be able to relax at night on a king size bed with a queen size sleeper available as well. High speed WiFi and 2 smart TVs are there to help keep you connected.

This complex has convenient gated parking, a community pool and even an area for grilling out. Laundry facilities are just down the hall.

The unit was clean and was equipped with what we needed. Balcony was key and we saw deer in the dunes and loved our time there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo, it is very clean and well furnished, very similar to the unit I normally stay in. The view is great but the patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable and hard to sit in. This unit also lacked things like beach chairs, extra linens, trash bags, etc. and had we known we would've brought our own stuff to avoid paying island prices. Despite this it is a wonderful condo and we would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 121 for a 2-week getaway. The suite was a perfect solution for a couple from the cold winter of Cincinnati. Lots of storage space, walk-in shower, comfortable king bed, great kitchen with all the major appliances...and did I mention the ocean front view? We can't wait to return!
