It is a one-minute walk to the beautiful beach and the Dunes House Bar and Grill, along with being surrounded by three championship golf courses including designs by Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio and Arthur Hills. It is across the street from Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, Bike Rentals, the General Store, Alexander’s restaurant and other attractions. It is also adjacent to the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa, and just across the highway from Shelter Cove Marina, with several dinning and shopping options.
The property is located in the Moorings Villas on the second floor and adjacent to the Villas pool. We just finished updating the master bathroom, January 2020, and the balance was remodeled in the fall of 2018 with new carpeting, flooring and mattresses. This unit and is owner managed, and used.
This property has a great layout for families, couples traveling together, and groups of friends vacationing. It is divided into three areas: There is the master bedroom (King) and private bath, with separate shower/bath and sink area and balcony, overlooking the pool area. The center of the unit has open atmosphere that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room. The second bedroom is separate from the other two areas and has two queen beds and its own bathroom area, and balcony. Both bedrooms have large closets and dressers. There is a third full bathroom that has the washer and dryer. This is very convenient layout to allow for some privacy, as well as communal living spaces.
The unit comes equipped with a well-stocked kitchen including full stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and assortment of pots/pans and cooking utensils. There are dishes, glasses coffee mugs and silverware and other items to help make this as close to home as possible.
The unit also comes with WiFi, cable and 3 flat screen TVs, for your convenience and enjoyment.
