Great condo close to the beach!
Ron was great to work with..very attentive, quick to answer questions and work out the issue with the parking passes. The condo is close to the beach and pool, stocked with anything you could need for your week in HH. Would definitely stay here on our next visit.

really nice property, clean and great view
lot of construction work - preparing for summer- its good to know they take great care of property. the condo was very impressive and the property was great and being well maintained. the only change I would make is a dead bolt or chain on main entrance door, but other than that beautiful and yes I would stay here again.....
We loved the location and view of the water.
Our condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We appreciated the covered parking and a place for our bikes that was safe and protected. Good view of the beach. The location was great. Would like to return on our next visit to Hilton Head.

The resort is beautiful!
The condo was very nice. It had a great ocean view and the furnishings were comfortable. Our issue of concern was having workers enter the condo while we were staying there. My mother and I went for a walk on the beach one morning and when we returned, there were some men in the condo who said they were there to measure the cabinets for a replacement. We were not informed of this and we feel that workers should never be allowed in while renters are there. Apparently, this had also happened during the previous week because the workers stated that they had walked in on two women the week before. Obviously, this brings up many safety concerns. My husband was furious and we were all uncomfortable that others had the code to the place we were staying. For this reason, we would never rent this condo again.
Unfortunately there was a miscommunication that led to this occurrence. We are planning a remodel of the kitchen at 1203 Villamare and needed some measurements so that materials could be ordered for the work that is scheduled for early April.
The workers needed access to the unit and were told that the guests had been notified when in fact they had not been. The guests called me immediately and I verified that the workers were legitimate and apologized for the miscommunication stating they should have been notified and had the option of denying entry and the taking of measurements would have been postponed at their request. That is our normal policy.
Once again I apologize to the guests. This is the first time something like this has ever happened and the lock combination has been changed. I am glad that the guest at least enjoyed the condo and am very sorry that this miscommunication occurred.
