Ocean One 519, Top Floor, Direct Ocean View!

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

This top-floor condo (Unit 519) in the lovely Ocean One complex has stunning ocean views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. It was remodeled and refurnished in the winter of 2017-2018 to give it the feel of a colorful beach cottage with a penthouse view, and we update things every year to keep it fresh.

The Ocean One complex has two elevators, grills, and a firepit area that is open fall through spring. The pool area was redone in the winter of 2024-25 and is now heated in cooler weather and cooled in the summer. (Its temperature can't be more than 20 degrees higher or lower than the air temperature, however.) The deck area was expanded, too.

The condo is a very short walk to Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and entertainment---you can leave your car in the parking lot your entire vacation. You can walk out of the Ocean One complex to miles of running trails, or take a bike for a ride on the beach, or drive a short ways to the top-notch golf courses nearby. It's also a short walk to Lowcountry Celebration Park with its playground, children's museum, and outdoor concert venue.

This villa is non-smoking with no pets allowed. Parking passes for two cars are issued for each stay.

We own this condo and the one next door (listing vrbo.com/339445), and we try to make each of them a place we like to stay when we can.

Loved this place so much for my stay with my kids. It was a close walk to everything, Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. The pool was large and perfect walkway to the beach from the pool. It had EVERYTHING you need.

Very clean and updated unit. Loved the top floor location and view. So close to Coligny circle, could walk there. Lovely roomy kitchen with all amenities. Four sand chairs and an umbrella on the premises were a great bonus ! The grounds were beautiful and enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pits in the evening. Very pleased.

This is absolutely the cleanest place we have stayed, ever! The open floorplan was very nice and the location was perfect. This is our third time coming to Hilton Head Island and if we are with family this is definitely the only place we will stay from now on. There were a couple small issues like needing batteries for the sleep number bed and the owner had batteries to is the next day! The owner was very responsive and nice, really could not have asked for a better place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean One 519. You can't beat the view and the condo is located in the heart of everything. It was nice being able to walk to coffee and restaurants. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys.

We had a week stay in April. Condo was great, very spacious. Great location with close proximity of Coligny Plaza. Rented bikes for the week and highly recommend doing so - lots of fun. Would highly recommend Ocean One for your stay. Ocean front view and pool was wonderful.

30th wedding anniversary

First time at Hilton Head and will definitely be returning. Condo was very nice with excellent ocean view. Nice pool and fire pits at Ocean One. The location is perfect for walking the beach and to stores, restaurants and bars, also to Piggly Wigglys. Thanks we really enjoyed our vacation!
