Located in the heart of Harbour Town, enjoy this 2nd floor elevator-accessible Villa. The villa is steps away from the sun-sparkling waters of Calibogue Sound and the edge of the 18th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links...perfect for the Heritage!

This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Sea Pines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests.

This updated villa is a spacious 1600 square feet on a single level – perfect for a get away vacation. The villa boasts 3BR, 2 full baths, hardwood floors, stylish upscale furniture and neutral décor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home.

Our kitchen is well-stocked with every kitchen gadget, solid surface dining counters and an adjoining dining area. It includes updated appliances allowing you to prepare your meals. Yet our Villa is also within walking distance of all the restaurants that Harbour Town has to offer.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a 55 inch smart tv. Upgraded internet WiFi service is included for all your family's electronic gadgets.

The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds, a flat screen tv and is perfect for the kids. The third bedroom has a desk, a computer monitor and an all in one printer for work or study. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.

The fantastic shops, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment of Harbour Town are just steps from this Villa. The Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach, and Salty Dog are just a short Trolley ride away. The Trolly stop is right outside our building. Perfect for a family vacation. The Harbour Town play ground, Gregg Russell amphitheater, Cinnamon Bear Ice Cream, and the Pier are just steps away.

Other amenities include access to the communal Harbour Town swimming pool (complementary.), and the fitness center, tennis, golf, and the South Beach swimming pool (fee required). Guests can access the Harbour Town swimming pool with a pass provided by the Owners. It is within walking distance less that .2 miles away from the Villa. The Villa is also walking distance to Harbour Town beach and pier (offering a spectacular sunset view), access to jet skis, paddle boards, kayak rentals, and bike rentals (fee required).

in the heart of Harbor Town

This property was fantastic; well appointed, large living and dining space, and bedrooms were spread out for privacy in both. Just a brief walk to the harbor and the waterfront with shops and restaurants all there. The local bakery was less than 5 minutes as well. Host was very responsive to any requests or issues. We would plan to stay here again.

Great visit.

Our family had the best time. Spacious rooms. Convenient location. Steps away from an awesome playground. Short walks to restaurants or the pool. We hope to return in the future.

Great Location, But Some Heads Up

The condo is in a great location in the heart of Harbour Town, close to several restaurants, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, a dock and a small stretch of beach. Something important to note-you have to buy a day or week Sea Pines entry pass and they only take cash. The condo is spaceous and comfortable, it had plenty of room for myself and my two kids. It has a few helpful beach items — chairs and an umbrella. There was live music nearby several nights, a really fun atmosphere. You can rent bikes from the store directly downstairs and bike to a larger beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club.  Because of the busy area, store downstairs, nearby restaurants, etc there were loud delivery trucks each morning. When we booked, the VRBO listing showed fitness center, hot tub and swimming pool as amenities. There is no fitness center or hot tub. It appears they have removed hot tub but fitness center is still listed as an amenity. Apparently they mean you can go to a place down the road and pay to work out, which is pretty misleading. The pool is a community pool a short walk down the road— Parking is a major frustration. we never received information on that during our stay. The day we left I saw signs on 3 parking spots, but those spaces were never vacant to be able to see the signs. This building has far more than 3 or 4 condos, so those spots aren’t close to enough.

Played in a senior amateur golf tournament at the Atlantic dunes and herion point. Nice to be so closed and not have to rush to get there for tee times.

Comfortable stay near the Lighthouse

The location speaks for itself, so I won't focus on that. The condo unit was spacious, and was as advertised. It was clean and neat, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. I very much appreciated the comfortable mattress, and window covers, which made for good sleeping. The kitchen was well outfitted with utensils, bowls, glasses, etc... There was a Keurig coffee maker for coffee drinkers. I would highly recommend this unit as a comfortable stay in Hilton Head Island.

We loved our stay here. It was spacious and very clean. Close to dining and shopping. Parking isn’t great, but we found that returning either mid-afternoon or after 8:30pm gave us plenty of parking spots to choose from. While there is air conditioning, it didn’t seem to work well for cooling two of the bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic condo and location

Better than expected. Great space, Perfect for friends, couples or families. Couldn’t be located in a better spot within Sea Pines Resort. Bars, restaurants, convenience store, parks, golf, racquet sports, trails and beach. Parking can be a little challenging, but it always worked out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo. Great Location.

We met family here for our first trip to Hilton Head Island. The Sea Pines area is very well maintained and beautiful. The Harbour Town neighborhood is an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants, a heated pool, and great playground for the kids. Other area of Sea Pines are easily accessible by car or bike. Be aware, parking can be a bit of a bear during peak hours. The condo was clean and spacious. Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely book this place again for a future trip!

Perfect Location

The property was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. We felt like we were in someone’s maintained home. Location was great! Outdoor restaurants, shopping for young and old. And nightly music. View overlooking the harbor was awesome. The owner was always available for help or questions. I highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was in a congested area with delivery trucks arriving very early in the morning. There were bright lights at night shining in two of the bedrooms widows that made sleeping difficult. The unit was clean but the decor could use some updating. A fair price for the value.

Thanksgiving Family Vacay

Fantastic location in Harbour Town. The unit was very comfortable for everyone in my family. We traveled with 2 kids and a grandparent. Elevator was a plus. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was difficult finding parking as Harbour Town is very active this time of year, but if you stay during the spring/summer when the trolley is running, you wouldn’t need to move your car.

Great spot

In town for a long wedding weekend. Place very comfortable, clean, pleasant, quiet and well appointed. Location is A+++. Easy and great to walk to restaurants, bike rental , boat excursions and easy trolley elsewhere. Never need a car . Owner very responsive and helpful.

Not worth the money!

Vacation here a week. The location was great, it was a lot to do for the everyone in the family. The parking was definitely an issue guess didn’t have designated parking space which we knew but didn’t know we would have to literally wait 45 minutes in our car upon arrival for someone to move. So that issue alone I would think twice before booking here. Let’s address the elephant in the room. Anyone stayed at this condo and didn’t mention anything about cockroaches is not leaving an honest review. There is definitely an issue with cockroaches. We saw 1-3 a day! We contacted the owner and he was responsive and had the exterminator come out and do a treatment. After the exterminator treatment we still saw at least one a day. This place is located above a store and restaurant so that doesn’t help. We knew we had little chance of getting any kind of refund so we made it work. Plus everything else was booked. Based on that alone no ma’am, I would not stay there or recommend this place. We live in SC and have no issues with cockroaches/palmetto bugs (the same, just a another nice name for them) in our house. These places are charging way too much money to be dealing with any type of bug issues. This is not the way you want to start your vacation. Save yourself the headache and find another place!

Clean great location

We loved the location and layout of this property. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the air does not stay on well at night. We woke up each night in complete sweats. The thermostat would adjust slightly, but even at the temperature it read it didn’t feel that cold. We luckily had fans with us which I would suggest bringing if you like it cooler when you sleep.
