It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. Perfect place for RBC Heritage week

Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view was exceptional, as was the deck to enjoy it on. The bikes were a huge plus, and it was so fun riding up and down the beach. Great beach access, perfect location, walkable to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again!!

A Perfect Week!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at Sea Side Villa 228! It was so nice to have all the things we would need to enjoy the beach and our stay available at our fingertips. The unit was super comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the "little" surprises left for us to welcome us to Hilton Head! We would definitely stay at Nick and Erin"s unit again.

Excellent for a family of 3!

Unit is just as listed! We loved being so close to the beach! The condo was perfect for us as a family of 3 - plenty of linens/towels, coffee cups (we loved the blue mugs with lids so much we found them on Amazon and ordered a cream set for our own house!!), and thoughtfully placed shelves/blankets/etc to make it very usable and cozy! We loved our stay and hope to return to this condo again someday!

HHI Delight

I always try to find a condo with a good view. This condo has a fabulous view from the balcony and is convenient to some great restaurants, local park, and bike trails. Bonus feature of rabbits and deer to watch from the property swing and deck if you are an animal lover. We have stayed in Seaside Villas several times and this is my favorite unit. Enjoyed it greatly!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The thing that made it so great was the communication by the host. We of course had questions during check in and the host answered very quickly. The walk to the beach was less than a football field and there was a shower station right next to the gate. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (our girls loved the bunk beds). We had a blast using the bikes! Would definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway. I hope all the Vrbo hosts are so easy to communicate with.

New Years at the Beach

We rented the Condo for the week after Christmas thru New Years, the 3rd. The Condo was small, but perfect for my wife and I and our 10 year old son. It was very quiet, with not a lot of people in the complex. The view was perfect of the ocean, remember it is not ocean front, but as close as it can be. The host was great and very accommodating... my recommendation is renting for a couple, or couple with small children.

Perfect!

We loved the property, it was perfect! The listing was exactly what was there, very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and so close to the beach and access to Hilton Head Island! The bikes were a bonus and we had so much fun biking around town and cruising the beach! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the mattress was super comfy, and all linens were new and clean. All amenities advertised were there and easy to access. The host was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and we were thrilled with our stay and the condo, the location could not have been better! First Family Ocean Vacation

My husband and I took our daughters (7) and (4) to their first ocean vacation and rented this condo. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. First, the location was 100% perfect for us. Literally steps to the beach, easy access, easy access to showers, Coligny took about 15 mins to walk or 8 mins to ride on the beach. The complex isn’t super fancy but nice enough. Which we appreciated. With young kids sometimes the upper scale places are just uncomfortable. This felt a lot like being at home. On the older side, but very well maintained and clean. The pool was perfect. Having access to bikes and chairs was amazing. We appreciated not having to haul all the extra stuff from Ohio or navigate having to rent stuff. At this price it was truly a diamond of a rental and I recommend it to anyone who has a small young family that wants to enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit. VERY convenient to the beach and my husband was extremely happy with the setup of the parking for the complex--also VERY convenient. A beautiful beach vacation.

We haven't been to an ocean beach for a very long time and we are so glad to be able to have settled in for a week of R&R at Seaside Villas. It took some practice to remember all the different entry codes or to find the piece of paper on which they were written. Then, on the last day I accidentally found the outlet where we could have charged our devices...under the dining table. But truly, we had a great time.

Great time

Just as advertised. Not a full ocean view but a very nice partial view. Quick walk to the beach and close to Coligny Plaza. Just big enough for my family and young kids. It wasn't too hot out yet, but the AC and fan worked well to keep things cool enough while we were inside.

Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Island Thyme!
