315 Breakers Direct Oceanfront Condo, Exceptionally Clean

Soak up the Breathtaking Direct View of the Ocean and Beach as you relax at the balcony table with a drink of your choice or while comfortably sitting with your family in your Newly Renovated Condo. Your family has space to be together or spread out and watch TV on the 55 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Living Room or the 43 in Flatscreen Smart TV in the Bedroom. Feel the Serenity of the Ocean no matter where you are in the condo.

As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home. The Bedroom includes a Queen Size Bed and dresser and is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly. The Bathroom has Marble Floors, a Cast Iron Tub with Cultured Marble surround and vanity top to create a Spa Feel.

You can keep up on your laundry with your Washer and Dryer located just outside the bathroom. Your condo will feel Cozy and Modern with all Stainless Steel Appliances and Tastefully Comfortable Furniture. If you need extra space to hang clothes or to put your suitcases, the closet in the hallway is a great space for your things.

If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.

Hilton Head Island is truly a wonderful vacation spot for your family and we know you will create many memories to last you a lifetime. For those who require more than one unit, we also have a first floor unit #129 available for rent. You can view it on the VRBO website, listing #1299122. Enjoy!

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

There are 2 Elevators on site and in operation.

Great Condo

The condo was everything as advertised. Great view of the ocean and Coligny is a very nice place to be. The owners stayed in continual contact with us throughout our stay. If I sent them a message it was quickly answered. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend staying at the Breakers 315.

Beautiful unit. Perfect for my husband and me. Plenty of dishes, silverware, towels for the week. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. Only problem was the dryer would abruptly shut off, indicating the filter was full when it wasn’t. Not sure why but was able to work around it.

We love staying at the Breakers, this uniIt is always clean, well decorated, the high chairs on the balcony make for a great ocean view, the bed is comfortable, and it has a nice smart tv.

Fantastic!

From the host being extremely responsive to the cleanliness, this the best place we have ever stayed. It is top notch in every way. The view of the ocean was perfect! Walks on the beach every morning to watch the sunrise were priceless! We loved this in every way and will be back! This was our second time at Hilton Head and this condo was so much better than the first place we stayed!

Well kept beachfront condo

This the third condo at Breakers we have rented and was by far our favorite. As well as a great view of the ocean it also was remodeled with care.

Pull out bed

Everything was super clean and perfect. The only negative was the mattress on the pull out couch. It had a weird smell and the underside on the mattress and mattress pad was stained. It probably needs to be replaced because it also wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was perfect. We will 100% be staying here again.

Fantastic ocean views at an affordable price

Lovely oceanfront unit; my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning sipping our coffees while enjoying the sunrise and sound of the ocean waves hitting the shoreline. This unit is nicely updated. The modern in-unit washer and dryer came in handy, and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Of note: Breakers is currently under construction (elevators are being installed), so the property itself was not as “put together” as we would have preferred That being said, we did know construction was going on ahead of our trip, so this information is certainly not a knock against 315; just something we think one should be aware of. The owner, Kate, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this unit again (albeit once construction is over with).

Breakers Condos NO ELEVATORS

The Condo itself was adequate and clean. The shower curtain is too short for the bathtub/shower due to the high ceiling. The sliding patio door was worn and dirty with the normal lock and latching mechanism broke. An alternate lock on the bottom slide worked fine. The cable tv remotes are a strain to use. The bedroom remote would not do channel down. There is not guide on the tv for what is playing. I've never seen a modern cable tv with no guide available. This is Spectrum cable too! I was surprised. A printed channel guide is provided in the condo, but in such small print anyone over 50 will have difficult reading. The biggest issue is the fact that there is no elevator for the upper floors. The 3rd floor is like being on the 4th floor due the building being on stilts. Upon arriving is was a strain to unload a week of supplies up 4 flights of stairs! When leaving it was raining, and the stairs are not sheltered from the rain. I was exhausted and felt like a wet dog when leaving for home. I would not stay at these condos again because of the lack of an elevator. Also, there is a lack of maintenance and neglect for the facility. Each condo door has a porch light, but about 90 percent were burned out. Some of the hallways are dark at night or when overcast. Not a big deal to some, but shows a lack of respect and pride for the property. For a few hundred dollars more, I would rather stay at the Sea Crest next door, or in Sea Pines at Beachside Tennis, or other similar places.

My wife and I absolutely loved our week-long stay at this oceanfront villa! Communication was very prompt, the place was super clean, bright, and had everything we needed—including modern appliances and a comfortable setup. The ocean and beach views were incredible, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The pool was great too, and the location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. It was the perfect Hilton Head getaway—highly recommend and would love to come back!

Great week at the Breakers

We had a fantastic week at the condo. Everything was clean and perfectly equipped for us. From the Coffee make(there are plenty of filters here) to the well stocked kitchen the place is exactly as described. The balcony views were spectacular. We saw Dolphins multiple days and it was nice to be back at Hilton Head. Kate was very responsive to our questions, was so accommodating, and we will be back!

Couple Spring Break

Listing was spot on and the images were as true as the host pictures. With magnificent direct and full views of the ocean and beach, the location of the unit was convenient and close to all we wanted/needed. Plenty of parking and easy check in process. Pool was decent size and temperature. The unit was perfect for 2. More than this and could be tight. Smart TV's were easily used. Communication with the host was easy and honest. Breakers unit made the Lowcountry trip well worth it.

Moon over the ocean

Great spot with fabulous view of the beach from the balcony and even the kitchen. Sunrise every morning off the front deck with moon reflecting off the ocean each night. Quiet, clean and close to grocery/shops. Definitely return next year.

We are a family of 4, 5 counting our dog Daisy :), and have lived in the midwest our whole lives. We LOVE to travel and have been all over the U.S. and abroad. With all of our travels, Hilton Head still remains our favorite family destination.

Why they chose this property

One of our parents has owned a Breakers unit since 1995 and we have vacationed here nearly every year since. We love the location and walkability to multiple restaurants and shops. It's our favorite place on the island!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the direct view and sound of the ocean. There is nothing better and more peaceful than the ocean waves hitting the beach and we can experience all of that right from our condo. We love that the beach is within walking distance and we don't have to drive to get to it. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or two walking distance. Bike rentals and bike paths are within walking distance as well. Our morning rituals are a run on the beach or bike paths and a coffee from Coligny Plaza. Our favorite nighttime rituals are ice cream after supper and browsing the shops in Coligny Plaza. During the day we enjoy the pool, beach, ocean and the entertainment at the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut nearby. We also rent bikes for the week and ride all over the island.
