Beautifully decorated Breakers #235 villa featuring spectacular front/corner view; also overlooks the pool and the ocean south all the way to Tybee Island. Enjoy sunrise to sunset, watch the surfers and the sunbathers at the beach or pool from the private balcony furnished with a chaise lounge and a dining table and chairs. In walking distance to several shops, restaurants, rentals, and entertainment.

Beach ideal for walking, bike riding, running, shelling, kite flying, kite surfing, frisbee, football, sun worshiping, and more.

Located across the road from Coligny Plaza (a three minute walk), featuring restaurants, beach shops, Pigley Wigley grocery store, coffee shop, hardware store, bakery, bike rentals, ice cream parlors, and much more.

We stay at The Breakers every year and this may be the best property yet. The view was spectacular. The couch on the balcony was a nice touch. The Host was very responsive to my emails with questions and concerns.

The good: If you love being close enough to walk to just about everything you need, this is a great location. The view and the proximity to the beach and pool are the best features of this rental. If you're trying to get a good bang for your buck, this is definitely it. The wifi is decent, and the living room has a nice-sized TV with cable that actually gets more than a few channels. The room air conditioner kept things pretty cool. The size was perfect for two of us and would would work if you had two smaller kids for the bunk beds as well.The bad: Some of the linens have a funky smell — kind of like laundry that sat in the washer too long. The couch has some stains, I'm assuming from people sitting on it while wet, and that smell is baked into the cushions and pillows. It took me a few days to get used to it. The bedroom cabinets we couldn't use at all — the smell inside them was strong. Whoever handles maintenance here is doing it on a bargain-basement budget, and you'll notice. And while the living room TV is great, there's none in the bedroom.We've stayed in several units in this complex and we travel with others, so we get to see a lot of them — this review is based on what we stayed in and what we've observed elsewhere in the building. I won't argue with the location and convenience; that part of the trip was amazing. I'm torn on whether we'd book this particular unit again — but we might. For the money its a decent bargain room.

Excellent Coondo Facilities

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. It is in a great location convenient to restaurant and shopping. All walking distance. Great view of the ocean and beach. Condo was very clean and has all the facilities you need. We will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I have always loved staying at Breakers for the location and property management. This unit had the best balcony setup we’ve seen at Breakers. We really liked that the unit was clean and updated. However, we found the bed to be uncomfortable for us. Overall we enjoyed this unit!

We absolutely love Hilton Head and the Breakers. In addition to family trips on an annual basis, my girlfriends and I come down every spring to enjoy this amazing corner unit view of the beach and the ocean. There is so much to do on the island, or just relax on the beach.

Why they chose this property

When I saw the view from this villa I immediately fell in love. My family and I come here two to three times a year and I have rented the villa out to several guests and friends that have turned into frequent visitors.

What makes this property unique

This complex has everything and guests almost have no need for a car. In addition to the beach being steps away, this villa is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, rentals, grocery stores, and entertainment.

The specific villa is located on the second floor with an amazing ocean view and has a porch with a cover to get a little shade when needed.
