This was our first visit to HHI and we could not have chosen a better location. The complex is well maintained and on site staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The unit was comfortable and clean with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The beach itself is in the perfect location next to public access. If you like a crowd, walk a little down the beach and if you prefer a quieter beach, walk a little up the beach.

Great location! We could walk to all the best bars, restaurants, and shops. There's even a Piggly Wiggly in walking distance. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, and a great view of the beach. It's super easy and convenient to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Would love to make this a regular rental!!

Taking a Break!

Our stay was great from the time we arrived. This is an amazing location! The beach & pool are out one side, and Coligny is out the other. You can walk or ride bikes everywhere you need. Also highly recommend getting bikes to ride the beach and the trails. The condo is small, but it’s all we needed.

Great location. Very close the the Coligny plaza which has restaurants, shopping, ice cream, coffee, grocery store etc… The place was very clean. They supplied dish washing pods, soap/sponge and laundry detergent. The washer dryer in the unit was very convenient. The view of the water is perfect. Great vacation

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit and our 4th time at the property. The unit was clean and very comfortable. There’s nothing I’d change about it. There’s been some property improvements with the landscaping, elevator and security, which are a nice add.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we loved this property. It was very clean and in a great location directly across from coligny plaza. The only reason I gave an over all rating of 4 stars was the wash cloths in the room. We stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived I noticed we only had 2 washcloths. I didn’t hear back from the rental company until then next day when they had housekeeping bring 3 more to us. So expect to have to do laundry for clean washcloths/towels while you’re there. But overall I would stay here again.

Quiet and Hidden

Property was easy to get to and check in process was nice. There were no check out instructions however. The voucher for excursions caused several issues when booking with 3rd parties. The TV's were uncooperative as channels kept dropping. Overall not a bad stay as I wasnt in the room much. Laundry in room was a nice thing to have, they even provided detergent and ice.

Good Location

The Breakers location is great. This is our 5th rental there. If you’re picky, then this particular unit needs some TLC. The ceiling fans were dirty. The appliances are older and the refrigerator has rusty spots on the front door. The kitchen floor mat needs replaced. The bedroom has plastic drawers for a “dresser” and the “closets” are something less than what you’d see in a college dorm. We never got the TV in the bedroom to work and didn’t want to deal with calling and possibly having someone come in. The sofa is pretty worn. The good: The view is better than some units. The outdoor furniture is nice. The bed is comfortable. There’s enough places to sit in the living room. The new elevators are working. The security team is very friendly. Our family rented 2 properties for the same week. The second unit was beautiful.

Breakers 333

Overall, the condo was just ok. The shower curtain liner was moldy, the sliding door should be replaced and condo needs a dining table. We started coming to the Breakers in the mid 90s and loved it and the convenience to the beach and shops/restaurants. However, the property is not maintained as well as it used to be., particularly the pool area. The pool deck was never cleaned, tables not wiped off and the drain in front of the steps was covered with slimey debris. The elevators will certainly be a great addition though. We love HH but not sure we’ll stay at Breakers again.
