The Villas at Seaside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website..

This 1 bedroom/1 bath unit has been newly remodeled (2020) and offers a fantastic ocean view from the living area and balcony and is just steps to the beach.

This beautiful villa has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator !

Bedroom has a new King size bed and large chest of drawers for all your belongings.

The bathroom has been newly remodeled (2021) and has a beautiful walk in shower.

The entire villa has gorgeous wood look tile.

This villa is rare for Seaside Villas in that it has 2 ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL; one for the living room/kitchen and one for the bedroom. Most units only have one loud A/C unit in the wall that does not cool/heat the bedroom area.

This condo sleeps 4 with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.

You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Verg good experience with great location. Just a couple of small things that needed repaired. Ice maker not working. Patio door very hard to lock. Patio screen door needs something repaired so it sides open and shut as very hard to move. More wash cloths need to be provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised and perfect for what we needed. The units are small, so suitable for 2 and maybe a small child. But it met our needs. Great view, but be sure you are ok with stairs to get up. No beach equipment so bring your own. Everything inside unit was in updated and good condition.

The location was great and the unit was very nice. If I had ine small complaint it would be to have a couple of beach chairs for thise of us flying in. Everything else was good!
