Our top floor ocean front balcony leaves nothing between you and the sky to enjoy the morning sun or the evening stars. Inside, we take a lot of pride to ensure that we consistently provide a fresh, neat, clean home that looks newly updated all the time.

Don't stress over packing up the car, just grab your beach stuff and head out through the dunes to the ocean! Ready to eat or just hang out off the ocean? Set up at our heated pool that is open year round OR walk across the street to Coligny Plaza where you'll find restaurants, shopping, music, nightlife, an ice cream shop, and even a grocery store.
Our home has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer and a new 55in Smart TV with 100+ HD channels! We provide beach towels and chairs, beach toys, an umbrella and boogie boards too! There is Wi-Fi throughout the complex and we always use CDC approved disinfectants and cleaning methods.
There's tons to do near us too! Celebration Park (10 acres) is right across the street, 60 miles of bike paths to ride, sunset dinner cruises, or maybe just sitting on the beach in front of our unit watching sunrise.
We were both in the customer service industry for 45+ years, and have hosted over 400 family's, so when you choose us, you should EXPECT an awesome vacation experience that exceeds your every expectation.

Alison and I have been married for 43 yrs and are from northeast Ohio which is where we raised our two, now married children. When we're not spending family vacation time on Hilton Head we're hanging out with our 5 Grandchildren every chance we get!
Why they chose this property
Well, we finally made the move to purchase a second home and what a great place to end up. Who doesn't love the ocean beaches and as a bonus, our family loves golf and tennis too!
What makes this property unique
The Breakers 307 is one of the very limited ocean front properties on HHI and one of even fewer ocean front properties that are also directly across the street from Coligny Plaza, know as Hilton Heads downtown. We now have 8 years of providing guest experiences, having hosted over 350 couples and families in our home. We would very much look forward to hosting your stay on the island too!
